Rio Gardens Aparthotel

I stayed here with my friend and it was a nice hotel close to everything. Janette who worked there was so nice an amazing woman who helped us with everything. Unfortunately there was one blond woman in the staff that dragged down the staying. We had check out 11.00 and were in our room cleaning up the last things when she banged on the door 10.40 and said that we had to leave now and check out fast.

Good place to go if you’re a young group of friends, wouldn’t recommend to family’s or older couples who want a quiet night . There was 6 of us girls and we had no issues with the place, did what we needed which was a place to stay 5 min walk to the strip , 10-15 to the nearest beach lots of food places around and other things to do. We arrived late so had self check in which was easy everything communicated by the hotel and let us leave our bags there the day we checked out. We had already read online that you have to pay for more toilet roll so just brought extra in our suitcases, we were only there 3 nights so no having room service wasn’t an issue. Full of teenagers like us being loud so would steer clear if you want peace and quiet.

The plug sockets don’t work. No one cleaned our room for over a week. We had to constantly keep asking for toilet roll and fresh towels. So so incredibly noisy it’s actually unbelievable. You just have to experience it to understand. Our shower door was broken so couldn’t close properly and the water would come out. The decoration in the room literally felt like it was a mental asylum. No staff after 5:30 so it feels like a free for all. Everyone in the pool screaming at all hours of the night. We complained and asked to move rooms as we were right next to the pool and we’re told no and to ring a security number as no one was meant to be in the pool at this time. We did ring the number and was told no one was available to be called out to the apartments. Worst place ever. Positive is that it is very close to the strip, like a 5 minute walk.
