Eleana Hotel

Great location, 10 min walk to the beach. 15 min to the shops/bars & restaurants. Hotel is clean and we found it to be quiet on our trip. Unfortunately the downsides- the food is not the greatest, especially of a night. The water pressure in the rooms dreadful. We found we was going to the gym most evenings to have our shower. Overall was a nice hotel due to location.

Best hotel I have stayed in in so long! Honestly we couldn’t have had a better week here!! Upgraded to a swim up room and a bottle of champagne left in our room to welcome us for my husbands 30th, it made the trip so special and we appreciate it so much so thank you so much!! The breakfast was delicious, hotel was so modern and we loved our room so much! Pool area was lovely. Location was amazing - so close to everything and we walked down for food and drinks every night, soo many beautiful restaurants close by! Free car park too with plenty of spaces also was fantastic. We got another bottle of champagne on my husbands actual birthday which was near the end of our trip, soo much attention to detail I was so impressed and I will definitely be back!! Also recommending to friends and family for sure.

What a holiday, from the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly reception staff. The hotel was immaculate, cleaners worked hard from early hours to make sure the pool area spotless and all sunbeds were lined up. House keeping were great and always seemed to be working. Didn’t have any problem getting sun loungers, no stupidly early starts just to get a sunbed which was a bonus. The pool bar provided snacks between meal times (we were all inclusive) cocktails, soft drinks and ice creams from 10am til 6:30ish so our family was happy as there was something for everyone all day. Variety of food in the restaurant breakfast, lunch and dinner. Constantly bringing out fresh food, fresh warm bread and there was something for everyone. A shout out to all the restaurant and bar staff, they were all so friendly and welcoming to us every time they saw us, a special mention to Andreea; restaurant manager. She made our sons holiday, nothing was ever too much and by the end of our holiday they had a lovely friendship and she’ll be missed by us all - she also works bloody hard! Rarely saw her stop, she was brilliant. Would love to come back again, just to know we’d be well catered for and looked after. Thank you Eleana Hotel!

Excellent reception service and politeness of receptionist Anastasia . Very clean rooms . Excellent sea view. Reasonable prices . Excellent quality and quantity of breakfast items. Highly recommended for winter , spring . Summer or even autumn holidays . At very convenient location at Avis Napa.

worst hotel dirty fifthly place rude staff mattress stained up to the nine absolutely fifth room blood stains insects inside bed we couldn't get into our room for eight hours sat in reception they shouldn't of accepted us into the hotel in the first place if they didn't have any rooms completely out of order staff arguing about getting paid worst hotel ever avoid

HOTEL: this place deserves 10/10 - when me and my partner arrived, the person at reception upgraded us to a room with the private pool (for free!) - and the room was just so amazing, everyone is so friendly and lovely, the drinks omg wow so delicious i would recommend the frozen margaritas all day everyday. The breakfast was amazing too (we didn't have the lunch/dinner buffet as not included) but we did eat downstairs outside by the pool and there is options for chicken and chips (like what you would get in a UK chicken shop) and pasta etc. my partner had chicken n chips i had seafood spaghetti and it was good!!! everyone was honestly so lovely, the room was clean and the air con works, bathroom is amazing and just everything honestly. i really cannot fault the hotel or the team there is nothing bad about this place. LOCATION : - the location of the hotel is brilliant around 10 min walk to the beach, the small supermarket is right next door to the hotel - bus stop right outside the hotel and around a 5/10 min walk to the ***** (however like like a 15/20 min walk to McDonalds is dreadful but lol) . loads of restaurants which have great food ( would recommend Abacus Restaurant and Lounge Bar) - there is a lot of restaurants around though so many options, please eat locally, we eat both local food and also the general mcds + pizza hut once and just saying i would not recommend pizza hut for the pricing only... we was meant to get a 30 euro lunch deal for two pizzas and drinks.... the person charged is 50/60 euros -- so go with caution.

We visited this hotel in October. You have our sincere recommendations. The food is excellent, something for everyone, the pool is perfect for enjoying in the afternoon. Bus stop is across the street so you can easily reach many beaches. The center is a five-minute walk away, super markets right next to the hotel. We came with a 4-month-old baby and the staff help us in every way. Head waiter H sets an example of kindness and cordiality towards guests. We will definitely come back again. This hotel deserves much more than 3 stars.

This is the 4th time staying here brilliant as usual from the bossman to the rest of the staff can't fault yous . Will be back next may again. Thanks Stephen and Pauline love yous loads see ya soon x

Located in an ideal spot. Walking distance to beach. Staff very helpful and friendly. Special mention to Foulla Lyudmila and Andreea. Enjoyed the food. Housekeeping dealt promptly with any issues.
