Atlantica Mare Village Ayia Napa

Gorgeous hotel! We had a family swim up bungalow which was immaculate. It was our first family holiday and we loved it. I looked at lots of reviews before booking and it did not disappoint. One of my children has autism and i was really worried about how he would react being away but i had nothing to worry about. The bungalow created a home away from home feel, having enough rooms for him to have space to himself. The swim up pool gave privacy and quiet space he loved it. Its a lovely peaceful resort we neverfelt crowded or short of space. Not everything was open on our visit but still more than enough. Beach (do bring flip flops or water shoes), pools, play park, splash park... the kids did cookie, pizza and cocktail workshops which were great. Kids entertainment was available at night but my kids aren't keen so we didn't go. We enjoyed sitting with a drink listening to the music in the lounge after the evening meal. If you want something really lively this may not be for you but it was great for us. I found the food selection vaired, fresh and good quality i have no complaints. One of my children is a very picky eater and even he ate very well. All of the staff were lovely and work so hard. A fantastic team from hospitality, to cleaning to grounds maintenance and everything between. I would definitely revisit.

From the moment our family group of 9 arrived, we were so well looked after. Several of our party suffer from slight mobility issues, and the brilliant staff went out of their way to escort us between the stylish accommodation and the other areas of the resort. The village feel has been excellently designed providing a secluded feel despite the many guests staying. The rooms had all the modern facilities required to enjoy your stay. The dining experiences are varied to please most tastes, with enough options to try something different every night. Each dining location providing superb quality food, served by friendly and attentive staff. Every staff member provided a warm welcoming stay, from reception, to the many bar staff, the friendly room service and lifeguards. The beach was perfect for our family aged 14 - 79, allowing us to enjoy the beautifully clear Mediterranean sea and explore the sea life close to shore. Even when we ventured from the resort, other locals commented on how the Atlantica Mare is the one place they would recommend in the area. Thanks again to all the lovely staff for our stay.

Pictures of the hotel leads to high expectation, just what we wanted, a good time. We are a family (42y, 40y and two kids 4y and 2y) travels at least twice a year for in total 4-5 weeks, booked halfboard. The family room was clean, seaview perfekt, the furniture design is good, AC got a slight humidity smell but we don't care much, cause we dont like AC. After getting into the room, went to reception asking for fallprotection, after repeating my request 3 times and thought it could be a bad sign, but then the receptionist her self came to our room (Ms. Cristina) and brought us the fallprotection, thanks. The staff is in total highly service oriented, extraordinary and doing there best in every corner of the hotel (Nahrein, Mustafa and Sybille). You feel very welcome! Many guests complained about the food in the main Restaurant (Buffet) we have been there once and very early (18:30), it was warm and You have lot of opportunities, of cours if You expect Michelin you will be disappointed 😄 therefore I can't share the bad experience. For us the main restaurant was still too busy and we made the little experience with the Italien Restaurant, this fact was the gamechanger for our vacation, thanks to all the team members, extraordinary! Sorry for highlighting Mr. Gregory and Ms. Sofia, but people make people feel good and I'm happy we made this experience, coordinating people, food and time in perfection. The chefs in the kitchen are brillant, the details and dishes wow, maybe one of the best restaurants in ayia napa in service and quality (compared to Atelier Robuchon, Limasol Columbia Plaza etc.). Thanks Andriana for great attention at our breakfasts. A slight improvement could be some healthy options for halfboard guests with small infants like us. The Sunbeds at the pool are daily occupied by the towels, not the guests. In my opinion the management responsibel for beach, pool and gym is sleeping! The indoor pool is looking good and freezing cold. If you dont like cold pools, then You will only go once into this pool, no heating, we asked several times! We experienced better in 4 star hotels and public pools. The same for the gym, highly cooled down, everytime You have to inform the Spa staff, they have to inform the reception, the technician have to come out, sorry too complicated for a spa gym and vacation. No blackroll, one mat for exercises! A big negativ point is the bad smell of the grill, if the wind is comming from the sea, it passes the grill station near the italian restaurant and You will smell it in the room (all 8... rooms). You cant improve the wind, but relocate the grill or get a better extraction system to avoid bad smell, urgently necessary. In general we have a great time in the hotel and seeking for the goods and this You can find for sure! So we still have 5 days left, lets enjoy the rest!

I'm here now on my second day and everything so far is 5 star!!!! Stunning hotel, but just one massive downside for me is the swimming pools are absolutely freezing...I'm normally in and out of the water all day but can hardly even get in for 2 mins dip.....

A perfect ending of our vacation in Cyprus. This resturant is the best of all in the Atlantica Mare Village. Something for every taste. Good combinations of different dishes. Adaptable as needed, and very pleasant staff. The a**osphere outside was impeccable. Thank you for having us.

We have been in this hotel few weeks ago. Hotel itself is very modern and clean. You can see it is a 5*. We had the swim up room which was brilliant option for children. Children loved their "own" pool and enjoyed every minute in it. Food was very good, huge choice also for vegetarians and kids. We absolutely loved the Dantes restaurant which offered tasty Italian food. Bars are open during the day and night. But the thing my children loved the most was the entertainment team. They joined various activities during day, which were done around the pool like water polo or football tennis at tennis court. Dylan the host of these activities was great guy and we always enjoyed these activities with him. Me and my wife joined the Aqua gym with Alan few times which was amazing and great fun. My wife really loved the fitness activities with always sweet Alanna. Our children absolutely adored the workshops, they could make their own pizza, cookies and cocktails and mocktails. The hotel offers Kids Club 3-12 years old and Stay and play session for 0-3 Years old. In Kids Club my children joined few session and they absolutely loved the kids club girls, Annabelle, Maria and Kristina. We as family joined Kids club during family activities like Magic Show, Bubble Show or Pottery. During the evening, entertainment offers various programme. We have seen Circus show, Magician, Pyjama Party and movie night. Big up goes to Sebastian, he is the master of mini disco!!! My kids loved the mini disco with him and guys, we always had to be there first! We loved the choice of entertainment also in Lounge bar, which offered saxophonist and various singers. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back!

Amazing stay in this hotel,which combines luxury with a relaxed a**osphere where everyone feels at ease.We enjoyed a room with access to the swimming pool,and we also spent time to the beach.We also enjoyed the breakfast at Dantes Restaurant with nice choice of food and kind staff.We were taken care by a great staff special thanks to Andriana because she was very kind and really went the extra mile to ensure us the best morning breakfast!Just to mention-we are coming back this summer:)

My husband and I spent 6 nights at Atlantica Mare Village.The hotel is beautiful and we wish we could’ve stayed there longer.The views were breathtaking from virtually every location.The entire Dantes restaurant team was so amazing and attentive friendly and welcoming specially our lovely Andriana on the morning and our Sofia in the evening!!!The room was beautiful and the view were spectacular!We will definitely recommend the hotel and will stay there again when we return to Cyprus

We were staying at this hotel as a family a few days ago. The hotel has very big and nice premises with gardens, pools, different restaurants, a small aquapark, and above all, it is by the sea , having its private sandy beach. Positive Things: - All the staff are very friendly, helpful and nice, although the hotel was totally full and very well booked, and staff had to work under such a stress, most of them stay cool and friendly. I would like to mention a few names of the staff, who helped us, and made our stay comfortable, these very helpful guys are: Mr. Biser, Mr. Szasza, and Mr. Alex of the Portier team, Ms. Sybille of the guest relations team, As a matter of fact, the most important thing, this hotel has, is its staff, and they deserve 5 stars, but I should be honest. So I compare this 5 star hotel with the other 5 star hotels, I have already seen. That's why I can't give 5 star in this comment. - The pools are clean, and are cleaned and filtered and the water testet regularly, as we saw that. - Most of the staff can speak and understand English well, some of the staff are English Nationals, like Kids Club or Animation Teams. - The rooms and generally the hotel is clean , and the Housekeeping and the gardeners are doing a very good job, as we saw them working, and making the hotel a more comfortable and pleasant place. There are a few things which can be improved to be a real 5 star Beach Resort, in my opinion: - One can see many of the staff work under pure stress, and the hotel guests should wait long queues to be served or to be seated in the restaurant or to get a drink from the bar; maybe one reason can be a shortage of staff in these teams, in high seasons this can be worse. - The reception of a hotel, is the most important and main section of it. In Atlantica Mare Village Hotel and Resort, the reception is too small for such a big hotel, although the receptionist do thier best to deliver a good service and assistance, but the number of staff in the reception does not proportionate the number of guests. A bigger reception with more staff, or 2 receptions in different parts of the hotel, as some big hotels have, could be a solution to this problem. - The food and beverages in main restaurant (buffet) are good and mostly well cooked, and well presented. But many salads and foods for lunch as well dinner, are repeated everyday and this makes it unfortunately boring. For the children specially the foods and dishes are not attractive, as many are too spicy. In the dessert section of restaurant, the choice of fruits are very limited and the quality is low. - In the rooms, the bath room's washing basin is very awkward; it looks modern but it gets wet always after each time using it. The water splashes overall. A bad construction! - Animation Programms are very poor in themes and quality. Just one magic show was o.k. The animation programs at the evenings are by no means comparable to the other 5 star hotels. The the
