We just arrived home from a two week stay. First off we had a nice time overall. We appreciated being upgraded to a larger room. Our room was always kept to a high standard 8230. Our lovely cleaning lady was amazing, 3 small kids to pick up after plus us. Coming back to a clean room everyday. She works very hard and should be recognized. The village itself is kept to a high standard beautiful flowers and landscaping and music playing while you walk to your dinner. The splash park is fantastic and we spent many days there. The quiet pool is not so quiet as it is very shallow with massage jets and most parents figured out that it is the perfect spot for small kids and to relax! Kids club Lovely English lady very sweet the two other girls working, very kind hearted. Your pottery, bubble man, magic man, and talent show act. Wow fantastic for the kids. They are very talented set of men! Food - A bit of everything, but their lunch buffet had some of the best variation. I am a salad girl and to see 10 different salads with different flavors. Top! Especially loved the apple salad and walnut and pomegranate salad. The meat choices I think is the downfall. Red meat was not best cuts and very fatty. Chicken is so easy but it was not available most nights. Pork was abundant, but I don't eat it. I was thankful for your stuffed grapeleaf rolls. The carrot cake n caramel cake with fruit stars were best desserts. Overall the buffet was good. What gave us a headache and many meltdowns with the kids were Drinks! The village is big and alot of walking between. The kids were thirsty all the time and it was very difficult to get drinks for them. For us as well! You don't refill the mini bar and personally this is dangerous as your drink stations are FAR from the hotel rooms. We found out after 6 days that you do have water bottle filling station on the bottom on the building but no one had mentioned this at check-in. This caused alot of stress having clean water to make baby bottles and drinks for the kids. Eventually we resorted to buying water bottles and had the staff fill them with Pepsi or iced milk. You should have open access to water or fountain drink stations at the pools and have them labeled on the map. Having to wait for 6 men to get a cocktail before my kid can have water is to long. The main bar, cocktail bar, and pool bar all had horribly made alcohol. None of them had proper training. I got drinks that were disgusting. As a five star resort every cocktail that comes out should be made perfectly. I was given blue paper cups on most occasions instead of your plastic glass. Not being able to have a decent cocktail when you pay alot of money for all inclusive really took the sparkle out of the holiday. Husband went to the adults only lounge gave it thumbs up. Buffet Seats---- covered in crumbs, powered sugar, wet? Stains. I get it I have kids but not once were they clean in the two weeks. It felt gross to have sticky seats and tables for e
