O quarto do hotel é muito simples, não dispõe de frigobar. As portas dos quartos e banheiros precisam de força para fechar então você escuta pancada de porta a toda hora inclusive de madrugada. Não consegui dormir bem nenhuma noite, péssima acústica, vc escuta a madrugada toda batida de porta e arrastado de malas no corredor.

Ótima localização, bem no centro da cidade. Tem estacionamento privado. O quarto era razoável, mas achamo-lo muito quente e o colchão demasiado mole. O pequeno almoço foi simples, julgo que é algo que podem melhorar. No geral, vale pela localização.

While the location and overall infrastructure was OK, this hotel doesn't function as such. It could be a great site as the it might have been the case in the past but today, it lacks care. Additionally, the nice staff requires training urgently. BTW, I've just known that DM is a hostel for professors. In fact, DM is the acronym of (Derrama Magisterial), which means that professors of Peru get fair deals in terms of fares. For the rest of us, not only we'll be overcharged but we'll be unfortunately surprised by the lack of attention to the basic details such a beautiful infrastructure requires. Hope they change the directives because the astonishing beauty of Ayacucho requires investment and other approach.

Wonderful breakfast, awesome staff, great location. Only thing, the electrical outlets need to be upgraded, we couldn't keep phone chargers plugged, nor the lamp.

The hotel is near everything, the personnel are nice, the breakfast is very good. As i was checking out, they wanted me to pay !20 soles extra because I had checked in two hours before the official check in time.I was not aware of this until they sprung it on me as I was trying o go to the airport. Because of this conflict and discussion with hotel employees, I ended up missing my flight out of Ayacucho. I had to send a bit more than $100 for a ticket with another airline, as LATAM would have charged me more for the ticket with SKY, I will never stay with DM HOteles in Ayacucho again.

Decent hotel right in the centre of town. A bit difficult to drive a car there though since all the streets are one way and traffic was quite heavy. Location is great since it’s right at the centre. Lots of eating options there too.
Hotel itself is roomy and spacious. Though it has a bit of a dated feel due to the room colors and the dark lighting. The light inside is very dark. And makes the room look dirty.

The hotel was in the center of the city and it was easy to walk around. Unfortunately in Ayacucho there is no rental car company so I took a tour instead to go visit a place I wanted to go. The hotel staff was very professional and helpful. I also bought an artisan work from a local artist which was in the showcase at the hotel.
