We checked into the hotel on 02/05, got a room with a view of the garage, the staff rest area and the trash bin, in the morning on 05/03 the child woke up from the noise of the staff under the windows and the operation of the garbage disposal machine. we turned a blind eye to this, at lunch we were woken up by the noise of cleaning in the hotel lobby, then the same problem as in the morning plus the noise of guests from the elevator going up to the reception that same evening, announcing the whole situation to Natalya, she said to come at 8:30-10:00, they would change our room. in the morning of 04.05 we came to change the room, they showed us the same room but 2 floors higher, naturally I said that it was not suitable for us, because the child sleeps very lightly and silence is important to us (this was the reason for changing the room) for which we received from Natalya's answer: there are no alternative numbers. I said ok and went to the guest relations manager, she kindly agreed to help us, followed us to the reception and then the show began The reception manager apparently imagined himself to be a god and decided that he shouldn’t behave appropriately towards a woman and began to accuse me in a raised voice of not wanting to consider an alternative, this is outrageous, I think that employees are obliged to show respect to guests I reminded him that I am a guest, he is an employee and it is worth showing politeness, we are not relatives to whom he can raise his voice, this is unacceptable! he didn't hear at all. They eventually changed our room, but we were left with an extremely negative impression of the staff’s behavior! I think that no one has the right to shout at guests and ruin their holiday with this attitude Please accepted urgent measures, conduct an educational conversation with employees, understand this incident

Hello, the Rubi Platinum SPA Resort & Suites hotel is amazing, super evening programs, the food in general is like nowhere else I've been, the selection is ideal, especially the variety of soups ;) the service staff is even more amazing, besides, some of them speak Lithuanian, not only , but also understands :) best wishes to the wonderful Jian from the main restaurant, perfect service, perfect work, helpfulness beyond measure.

The hotel is very pretty. Like a Santorini. Clean and Lux. The food choices are woww! The food is amazing there. The hotel are isnt so big but there is lot to do. Loved the juice bar also its next to tennis field. You can play tennis there and also football and basketball, minigolf, darts.. The beach was nice, super wifi everywhere. Loved the bathrooms over the hotel! There was every morning the cofffee minibar near the pool. Amazing shows for the kids and warmduscher with coctails. And every night wow amazing shows. You dont want to miss those. And coctails were like the best of my life. Strawberry daiqiri with rum and pinacolada, the Tuborg beer in bottle. Uuuh! Also whole day there were different detoxwater or water with fruits what you can pour by yourself. Loved that hotel.

Rubi Platinum we spent our holiday at the highest level. The hotel is located in a very convenient location. There is a lot of greenery on the territory of the hotel and everything can be easily found. There is a good A la carte resraurant, everything is cooked deliciously. And in general the food is very tasty, the rooms are cleaned every day. Thank you all for a good holiday.

This is one of the best hotels in Alanya area and surely the best in Avsallar. There are many good reviews of the hotel and I would confirm them. Food is nice. Good quality of seafood every day, including octopus, shrimps and nice fish. Drinks are also very nice, but there are some weak barmen that do not want to serve one of the most expensive drinks (like Chivas 15), pretending that you can find them only on lobby bar, even though they are reported on the concept to be on every bar. Veysel (from RED Lounge) is the name of the most outstanding person in this hotel!!!! His English is perfect, he has a proper attitude towards clients, and obviously is one of the most prominent stuff in this hotel! If I owned a hotel, I would definitely seek for a manager like him, he doesn't deserve to be an ordinary waiter! Ayshe (21 yo) working at night from the beach bar (by the live music) is also very kind, well-mannered and very high level! I would definately recommend the hotel because of people like them!

We were welcomed into the hotel lovely positive energy. The staff is the most friendly,and accommodating. The hotel very clean,and you can tell that the they are detail oriented. Everything is well kept and treated with care. The staff all want to make sure that you are having fun,and making the most of your holiday. The the sea surrounding the hotel is truly gorgeous,and the waters are clean. Again,the grounds of the hotel are neatly kept and this includes the beach. Thank you all for a good holiday .

Hello future visitors. This is one of the best hotels in the region at a relatively reasonable price. I will point out that the price has gone up very significantly in the last 3 years, but that is due to inflation around the world. The hotel is right next to the sea, so you can comfortably enjoy the co**** sand beach. There is a bridge to the sea. Two large pools. One is more busy, you will find free beds in front of the other. The rooms are really comfortable and spacious. Managed daily. The mini bar is replenished every day. Spacious balconies. One of the biggest strengths is the staff. They are really helpful and friendly. You will speak English, German at the reception. The waiters will also speak a little of these languages. The animators will also communicate freely with you in English and German. And finally, let's talk about the bar. Here you will find most of the popular European alcoholic beverages. Lobby bar is open 24/7. Very luxurious and cozy. However, it's not the tables or comfortable chairs that create a good feeling in a bar - it's the people. Impressively helpful and friendly waiters. And most importantly, great bartenders. If you want to be greeted in your native language, asked how your day was and to cheer you up - look for bartender Ali. Want a cocktail that's not on the menu - look for Ali. Of course, the other bartenders are really cool, but Ali becomes your best friend! It is the professional work of the staff that creates the value of this hotel. There are more good things that I may have forgotten to mention, but as far as visiting other places, this hotel left the best impression of UAI hotels. Have a nice stay ;)

Rubi Platinum hotel offers luxurious accommodation, exceptional service and delicious dining. Also the animation team is very nice, especially Taner, he is so friendly and sociable we enjoyed spending time with him :)))) We will definitely return to this hotel!
