Only good words about this hotel. Everything is perfect, you have everything you need. Breakfast, lunch and dinner and even snacks in between. Great environment and staff are very friendly and kind. If you have any issues they will try to resolve it straight away. Perfect place to stay with you kids as well, there is a mini disco and mini club for your kids. Plenty entertainment during the day, yoga, games and etc. I can't say any bad word about this hotel , 4th time we are here and definitely not the last one. Service is amazing, from the beginning until the end. Great experience as always.

Loved the food, lots of choice, beautifully displayed, live cooking, fresh fish every time,.. Beautiful terras overlooking the property with views of the sea. You can dine al fresco, but, unfortunately, it is allowed to smoke in that area. Very helpful personnel although some waiters expect a tip before servicing you...Animation was entertaining and not disturbing for people who just want to relax. Refreshing music choices.

Food was not good and they have to increase the quality of the food. This is the minimum expectation from a 4 or 5 star hotel. Food standard is below standard. They have to buy good quality ingredients. Too many cats in the restaurant. They disturb eating and the a**osphere there.

The room is small but cozy. The view from the balcony is divine!! The food is really the same every day, but there is a great offer. If you're not too sensitive, you're not hungry. I lacked pork, but that's just the kind of culture there. A boy named Ousman was the king of entertainment, as he took care of laughter and joy at animation every day. Of the entire animation team, certainly the most pleasant member. I definitely come back in a few years!

Superb hotel, Nice staff, friendy, food delicious, everything was great. Great for children and family. Shops and Bazaar nearby. Everything is nice and clean. Mutiple choices of safari trips or swimming with the Dolphins. 5 stars.

At first glance, a beautiful hotel with a large enough pool and good access to the sea. The rooms are well equipped, with a free minibar. However, the bathroom was not very clean in both rooms) We had a problem right on arrival, when we were given a different room than the one we paid for. We arrived at night, we had two small children with us and there was not even an extra bed in the room. The staff tried to fix this and within 20 minutes they brought us an extra bed. We were supposed to get a sea view room and instead we were looking at a very busy and noisy road from the balcony. The next day in the afternoon, they assigned us the right room. As compensation, we received free WiFi (but this would not have happened without the intervention of the delegate). We were not very pleased with the food, it was full of various substitutes (mainly desserts). The drink was juice from concentrate. But what I liked was iced tea, fruit and stewed meat in different ways. We used the services of the hotel spa. The services were very good, the full body massage was very pleasant and also the Turkish massage. However, I would like more cleanliness in the spa area (and the hotel in general). The entertainment team was great esp. Taha, they entertained us every day with different events (mini disco, karaoke, bingo, darts, foam party...). I would recommend the hotel especially to less demanding customers. The kids liked it very much.

We really enjoyed our vacation. Hotel itself is very nice, rooms are clean. The pool is spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly, helpful and polite, especially Ayhan, waiter in the restaurant. He was able to create a very nice a**osphere during our stay. The food was very tasty, there were many different varieties of it that everyone can enjoy. However, I'm rating 4 out of 5 stars because when we arrived to the hotel, we weren't given the family room that we booked in October 2022, but instead one for 3 people (with an extra bed, although it was uncomfortable) Overall, we really recommend this place for a pleasant summer vacation. I had a wonderful time at the Annabella Diamond Hotel in Alanya. Apart from the fact that everything was excellent, I had a very nice time in the wellness area. The relaxing Turkish bath and the very pleasant massage. Many thanks to Aytac, who is a very professional masseur, I felt light, liberated and totally refreshed. I will definitely come here again! I spent a wonderful week at the Annabella Diamond Hotel in Alanya. This place is beautiful, great location, beach is close. The Hotel excellent! Delicious food and has a plenty of selection to choose from. I would like to thank all the staff, especially Ayhan, for the excellent and friendly service! I will come here again!
