Arabella World Hotel

Would not recommend if your only language is English, mostly German hotel guests and the food is also catered for that region along with the entertainment being mostly in Turkish and German. Beach is definitely further than I imagined it would be and the loud music played by the hotel and the hotel behind is extremely loud till very late at night so wouldn’t suit light sleepers especially as the hotel sits on a very loud busy road. There is virtually no kids club and even though all “ “inclusive” the bar closes at 11.30pm and nobody really knows how to make a cocktail unless it’s in a pre-made bottle and they add sprite to further water them down . Food is not available 4pm-7pm and then again after 9pm-7am unless you count midnight soup? Also ice cream and kids snack are charged at all events and by swimming pool. WiFi is also 4euros a day for a single device and have to pay extra for any other device. Taxis around this area are also very pricey the nearest pharmacy is around 12min walk and a 3min drive this would cost around 20euro but that’s not the hotels fault. I do have to say the entertainment staff even though mostly spoke in just Turkish are very enjoyable and did a great job with the mini kids dances and making it fun at the swimming pool and if it wasn’t for them the hotel would be getting a much lower rating. The older gentlemen at reception is very unhelpful however and kind of brushes any pleas for advice or help with any situation

The best place I stayed during my holiday Friendly staff, clean and well organized The food is great and there are many activities for both adults and children to do. I would like to thank the night manager Ali and Animation Manager Recep for his interest. Beach waters are crystal clear and super clear I love it

The bad comments are really irrational, I think those who write bad comments are inexperienced and have come on holiday for the first time in their lives. A holiday is not to look for the shortcomings of the hotel, but to focus on spending a peaceful and happy time. A hotel that deserves 5 stars instead of 4 stars. Entertainment is great, regardless of day or night, animators are polite and kind. There is a helpful animation team.

If your English avoid! Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Unhelpful staff, dirty and On a dual carriage way so loud from the road. Beach is tiny and no all inclusive on the beach Only English family in the whole resort. Food is awful, ate out everyday at extra cost and would have flown home if we could.

very good animation! Dj Niko plays the best songs and the animation team is very friendly and caring. I think it would be quite different if it weren't for the animators. I will really miss this hotel just because of the cool team! Thank you guys!

This hotel is very nice. Rooms and food is perfect. Beach is very comfortable. The animation team is so cool and caring. DJ Niko is very talented and paid a lot of attention to us. He is a very caring person. We had a lot of fun thanks to animation team! I will definitely come back.

I was in Arabella with my husband. We had such a wonderful holiday in this hotel. Food is delicious and fresh, rooms are very comfortable! The hotel has a great animation team! Especially DJ Niko, he is so kind and attentive. Me and my husband are in love with him🥰 such a sweet young man. I would say this is one the best holidays we’ve ever had!! Hotel was lovely, rooms really nice beautiful view. workers was also lovely Huseyin korprulu made our whole holiday! he's one of the kindest person we have met. would definitely go back . so much to do shopping beauty massages all sorts to do

We came to this hotel with my friend. The first days we were very happy with everything, but towards the end of our holiday everything became terrible. We learnt that the internet was paid and we were shocked. Our rooms were not cleaned daily. It was disappointing that there was only 1 pool in the hotel. Alcohol quality was very bad The only good thing was the burgers on the beach were delicious. Restaurant food was the same every day. We did not think of Turkish food like this. But despite everything we approached in good faith. But when we went to the restaurant for dinner 2 waiters "dagus and asis". They brought us free cocktails even though we didn't want them to, asked us for our social media and phone number and invited us out for the evening. It was a very rude and threatening approach. They harassed us. And so we started to go to the restaurant with fear. We spent the last days of our holiday with fear. We will never come to this hotel and Alanya again.
