Everything was nice ....the best part of the hotel is to have a private jacuzzi in the room itself, which i haven't find anywhere else...it's location is also great, so scenic and next to red river. Apart from hotel the other best part is service of the hotel - whatever you ask they try to provide it as much as possible. Berker and Osman are doing wonderful work there and very nice people.

the hotel is very nice. well positioned. quiet environment and very caring staff. breakfast is good but the table was not clean. There was no hot water coffee as was said at the seating. we will come again.

Amazing Hotel. Kind Team created family a**osphere from first minute onwards. Good breakfast with great view. Rooms have good quality. Very clean rooms and hotel. Good location close to the river. Nice staff which supported us for balloon and other tour booking. Thanks to the great team.

Avanos'ta olan Hikmet's House işle**esi, gerçekten gelinip kalınması için çok çok ideal bir işle**e yeri. Sahibi Ayhan bey bizimle çok ilgilendi. Tıpkı evinizdeki hissi yaşıyorsunuz. Dedelerinin konağına sahip çıkıp mükemmel bir şekilde günümüze getirmişler. ve biz orada kaldık odaları çok konforlu geniş ve özenle yapılmış. Kahvaltıları olağanüstü. Hizmet , temizlik , o da dizayn herşey kusursuzdu.

The owner and the staff at this hotel were wonderful. At our late arrival-in the dark, the duty manager Ertuğrul greeted us warmly, had us settled quickly and recommended the very early morning views from the balcony. Highlights of our one night stay include relaxing in comfortable chairs while watching the morning flight of balloons with only the sounds of nature, in our PJ's, only two steps from our door; a long restful nap after using the blissful shower in our room that included a Turkish bath before breakfast on the terrace with the welcoming kitchen, host staff lead by Merve. We could not, would not, have such an enjoyable delicious breakfast if we were at our own home with all the time in the world. As we parted the hotel we met Hikmet and understood the care, attention and enthusiasm for hospitality was the principle of the owner. Hikmet's House felt like our home. Anyone touring Cappadocia or just driving through, as we were, should stay. We will be recommending a stay here to all family and friends.
