Respectable Hotel, though now quite aged in look and design, needs a significant do over to regain what might have in the classier past. If you are looking for a good example of a hotel ‘ringing it in then this would be it.
The hotel has absolutely no life, and now that I’ve found pod style hotels, which are much more welcoming, warm and receptive compared to this hotel I believe it is on borrowed time! Pods clearly better option than this hotel!

Really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend. Rooms are slightly dated but wouldn’t take much to be a higher star of hotel. Gym facilities really good though different equipment to what is in the pictures. Breakfast really good value, would be good to see some healthier options of fruit too. Overall a really good stay and would stay here again

Good location at Victoria Street, just beside Queen Street. Room is big with full facilities although some was little bit old. Nice and polite staff. Very convenient to walk around the city and enjoy shopping.

The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and clean. The hotel was perfectly allocated for our needs on this visit. With all the construction going on around the hotel, we were a bit overwhelmed but the hotel staff directed us perfectly to the security parking as well as to our destination the next morning. Breakfast was very good and the staff was once again very friendly and helpful.
