房間兩天打掃一遍………另外就是早餐確實是一言難盡，對面有家麥當勞，建議還是去吃麥當勞吧，房間內部還不錯，有一説一，很乾凈

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel several times back when the palace of Auburn hills was still in use. We like the convenience of how close it is to Great Lakes Crossing. We also loved getting food and beer flights from O'Malley's Pub. ******* advertises this as being the restaurant onsite so we booked a stay with our 1 and 3 year old this weekend. It’s not O’malleys anymore.. the restaurant onsite now had horrible evening service (so so slow) but breakfast waitress was very attentive. The pool was freezing. There were no clean towels. There was peanuts and food floating in hot tub & a little girl eating in it (where were your parents?) Certainly didn’t feel clean. The bathroom in the room is what makes it or breaks it for me. Ours had hair and a very thick toenail on the floor & the shower curtain had ripped holes in it. Definitely ready to be retired. Sadly, this is no longer a favorite of ours and we wouldn’t choose to stay here again. The lobby and onsite restaurant do look high end/ nice design choices BUT it appears rundown / not well kept.

Everything was wonderful except the pool. It was so sold that all the children piled in the hot tub to swim. I question the temperature and they said it appeared the thermostat they worked on previously was
Working. The children wouldn’t even stay in. Their lips were blue. For this reason I won’t stay again.

Front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. The room was dirty and dated. I did enjoy the pool, hot tub, and sauna. Overall average hotel, not worth the price.

So much bromine in the pool just being near it burned my eyes.
Kids hollering up and down the hallways late at night.
Tv was out half the night cause they have satellite and there was a storm.

The employees were friendly and attentive. The room seemed like it was still under some type of construction. The thermostat was hanging by the wires. We had to contact maintenance to come in and fix the hvac unit so the thermostat would turn on. The pullout couch bed was absolutely horrible. You could literally feel every spring in the “mattress”. I would not recommend. The pool was fun and the kids enjoyed this. The hot tub was also fun. However the light that goes in the wall in the hot tub was pulled up and sitting in the edge of the hot tub.

We were disappointed that the restaurant had changed. We booked this hotel because they had traditionally served a Thanksgiving buffet, however not only was their no buffet, the restaurant was closed for a private event Thanksgiving night. Thankfully McDonalds was open.
I also booked a room with an accessible bathtub/shower and that was not provided. i can only assume that they no longer have these rooms.
