I was here for one night for a business trip. The room was updated and clean, bed comfortable, staff friendly, and their free breakfast is outstanding. They have an oatmeal bar, hot food, and many options for a variety of dietary needs. Thanks for a great experience!

We booked two rooms so my family could attend a sports tournament that my daughter was in. The prices were very expensive so we picked the lowest rate. The tournament was canceled 48 hours after booking, but the rooms only had a 24 hour cancelation policy. This is absolutely crazy. I understanding giving 24 hours prior cancelation, but not 24 hours after booking. It is worse than the airlines. I am now out $540 for rooms that I cannot even use. The cancelation of the tournament was not under my control and Marriott wouldn't even work with me at all. I will not be booking with Marriott again.

Room was clean and updated. Fairly small space but it was fine. Front desk staff on check out was shockingly dismissive and rude. My traveling companion and I both noted she made it seem like she was doing me a favor by engaging with me at all. I will not return to this hotel based on this service when I back in the area next month.

I stay at this well run and comfortable property often while visiting family nearby. Excellent location. Well laid out rooms with modern updates—-charging plugs, easy to use large LG TV, microwave. Excellent complimentary breakfast—-look for the microwavable wrapped breakfast sandwich biscuits in the fridge. The staff are friendly and helpful. Victor at the front desk is always personable. Very quiet rooms. Thank you Assistant General Manager Serkan Askin for your personal attention working with my bookings.

Staff was super but this hotel definitely has issues with housekeeping. The common areas were not vacuumed and when we checked in our first room, the bathroom counter was very visibly dirty and the shower stall as well. The bedskirt was ripped about 8 inches and should’ve been replaced. This was a late night check in, and we were exhausted, and I was overwhelmed by having to go to a different room. They moved us to another room which was clean but one of the lamps was out by the bed so we had to change our own lightbulb & areas around the nightstands were not vacuumed, and there was an odor like someone had been vaping in the room or very strong cleaner odor. We were so tired we decided just to stay in this room and not have to move rooms again.

Hello my name is Jonathan my wife and I checked in to Marriott Auburn Massachusetts under emergency circumstances where I could not find either a handicapped apartment or home to lease for my wife and myself we paid all the pocket over a 9-month period over $32,000 from the day we checked in I was not sure how long we were going to be there because that depended upon us finding housing for my wife who has mobility difficulties upon checking in I asked the hotel about the Marriott points that would entire the last two a free night over 9 months I gave them $32,000 and never received even one free night upon talking with another couple who was staying there for a similar situation they had only been there a little over 3 months and when they told me they had received 15 free nights or more at that point I went in to speak with the manager it ended up where we were evicted after giving them over $32,000 and never even receiving one free night the other couple who the gentleman was a black man and his fiance who was pregnant with wife were also forced out of the hotel by the hotel in local police which was a fracture of their civil rights as a couple legally the police did not have the authority to remove them nevertheless they did the state police did not defend this couple nor the local police could never get a complaint into corporate they just did not seem to care I am writing this review to let you know that I would never recommend Marriott for anything the manager of that particular hotel treated both me and my wife and that of a couple in a way that should be criminal

What a great place to lay our heads down! Comfortable , super quiet, nicely laid out, excellent beds and pillows, terrific, helpful people, and even a bowl of candy at the front desk that seemed to be endlessly re-supplied! The internet was fast, the TV was large and clear, the water in the shower hot and the amenities more than adequate. We were delighted and would return here. If we ever travelled through this area of Massachusetts again.
