Great hotel for business trips. Excellent environment in room and lobby for getting work done. Modern and comfortable decor and quality full breakfast. They do charge a $20 daily “amenity fee” which is not clearly advertised. Hotel price is very high for Auburn so this fee is inappropriate and nickel and dimming customers.

Just the overall feel of the property needs some love and updating… when couches and carpets start to feel soiled it’s beyond time that something should be done about that..

We got a mountain view room but the blinds were broken so we had to makeshift a way to keep them up. The beds werent very comfortable to sit on and watch tv. But overall very nice accomadations and clean.

All of the staff from the front desk, breakfast staff( should get 5 stars.) Maintence all were very friendly and helpful. The room was amazing, very clean and beautiful.

Zero complaints about the property, staff was excellent and super helpful. But the picture of 1 King Suite on ******* was incorrect. We had to pay $90 extra for a room that looked like the picture.
Suggest expedia/Hotel work to fix it ASAP

Had a good overnighter. Very friendly staff and a nice room. Our only complaint would be the buffalo wings we ordered were cold inside. Our waitress was quite apologetic. But nonetheless...

Had a very nice stay. Everything was clean and fresh. Spent time by the firepit at night. Extra kudos to the morning breakfast staff, they were hustling to keep up with the number of guests.
