Breakfast is very good. The chef orders it now: omelet, shredded cheese, vegetables, mushrooms, etc. It's great. Other kinds of bread, fresh juice coffee tea. Meat has sausages, bacon. Peach apple, cantaloupe, pineapple and other fruits, a kind of Danone fruit yoghurt. All in all, including early value

The room facilities are very good, the service is good, and the French restaurant is very good

The location of the hotel is beside the lenox mall, and the lower part can directly access the inside of the mall. The location can be said to be very good. But the rooms are nice and the facilities do not deserve the grade of JW Marriott. The room is not large and may be similar to the four-star hotels in China. The common problems of American hotels are no slippers, no toothbrush and toothpaste, and only one bathrobe. The lights feel old-fashioned, not as fancy as the outside building. But the only thing I want to boast is that the TV in the house is really big and high definition, and you can watch youtube. We watched it all night ... Except for the good location, the price / performance ratio is usually not high, and it is not recommended. It is recommended that you go to the Marriott Suites Hotel in midtown. The prices below 1000 are standard with living room. But if you want to visit lenox mall and Phipps after you live, this hotel is still recommended!

The treatment of the staff was very good. The room is good. Location is good and always used. I am thinking of using it again next time.

I was impressed with the quality of service and attendance to social distancing and masking. The front desk was very attentive and even took the time to physically walk me outside to show me where different restaurant were located. The breakfast is excellent and they will make if to go. I went to the restaurant early and got coffee for partner and myself. They kept my tab open to come back latter to order breakfast!

Fabulous service throughout our 4 days stay. From check in to check out the staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. The food was very good in both restaurants and for the conference luncheons and breakfasts.

It seems that the furniture renovated in 10 years is a bit retro. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is very good. I didn’t drive the hotel that day. I went out to buy something. The hotel downstairs Mercedes-Benz S400 shuttle
