The first person I spoke with at the hotel was Robert, and he is just a wonderful person; from his welcoming voice over the phone to the beaming smile I received upon arrival, he was a pleasure to work with.
I booked a King suite for my brother and I, which was very clean and well-appointed.
I took the pull-out sofa, which was extremely uncomfortable, so the next night I tried to get it switched out, but that was probably not going to be different, so we switched to a new Double Queen room, which was nice and spacious, but did not have a proper desk and chair, or any other surface big enough to do things such as work on our laptops, or prepare meals.
This is a huge oversight, which out to be corrected, unfortunately, the property manager, who was contacted, did not sound like he was at all interested in going to any lengths to resolve .
No matter!! We made it work.
My visit ended abruptly, when I had to call an ambulance for an emergency hospital visit. The front desk staff were very concerned and offered to help several times, including getting me some hot water.
Overall, a great stay. The valet service is an added bonus, although there is alternative parking right across the street, it's nice not to have to walk the block, or so in heels. 😊

I was able to call the front desk to send out the valet attendant. I did have one sketchy guy approach my vehicle while I was waiting. And there’s not much parking directly in front of the hotel so I had to double park. But once inside the hotel is great. Staff was friendly. You need a key card to even use the elevator so felt very safe inside.

I should not have to ask to get my room service, if i stay 3 night.
one elevetor broken and the service one was also down.

One of the elevators was out of service and the one that was working felt like it would break any minute. It took a long time to get to my room on the 9th floor. The door to my room would jam and it was hard to open/close. Overall not a great stay especially for the money I had to pay for just one night. I wish I would have stayed elsewhere.

Once we were able to get into our rooms, it was a very pleasant stay. However, finding a place to park and unload was not so convenient. We had to double park in order to unload our luggage.
