A comida do hotel não é muito boa, o foie gras de 1902 no Centennial Restaurant é basicamente foie gras salpicado de sal, e é um grão grande de sal, que é intragável para minha esposa.
Higiene geral, há impressões digitais na porta de vidro.
O hotel é rude em puxar a bagagem, torcendo a alavanca da minha bagagem de mão bem torta.
Mas o hotel tem uma boa vista e a decoração do quarto é diferenciada.
Também é barato.

河景房值哭了
不要猶豫，就訂這個
普通花園房就是一般豪華酒店，衹有河景房才是真的老瀑布
像有家養小精靈一樣，每次回到房間東西都會變整齊，晚上燈也換成暗一點的，窗簾也給你弄好了，超神奇，第一次住這樣的5星級
一切都和尼羅河上的慘案一模一樣，阿加莎粉絕不能錯過
三個餐廳都吃了，埃及菜很好吃，早餐也很棒
總之非常滿意

超預期，歷史悠久，一百多歲了。但是酒店維護得好，是一個很正經的高端酒店，服務香氛床單都在線。同時也是阿加莎撰寫大部分尼羅河慘案的酒店。每天都有阿加莎套房的tour，同時也會介紹酒店歷史和來住過的名人。服務純英式，本來以為會很老，住進去發現設施維護得特別好，浴室很乾凈！住的宮殿瀑布尼羅河套房，非常推薦這個套房，景觀非常好，有公主陽台！但是吃的很一般。

英式管家服務，行李直達房間，有人代辦入住，衹需要酒廊喝杯歡迎飲料等待即可。河景房非常大，住的新樓5樓，高度非常適宜，陽台外景色絕美。阿加莎和丘吉爾房間這段時間都被定掉了，所以沒有參觀成功，在屋外打了一下卡。退房也是行李幫忙送至門口，非常省心。酒店聲名遠揚，全是國人來打卡。整體居住體驗很棒，下次還來。

酒店真的很美！直接沖河景房，園景房真的不好看。我定的時候沒最便宜的那個河景房了，衹能定園景，或者是加好幾千定河景套房…不知道為什麼提前半個月定的時候沒河景房，最鄰近入住了又有了…真的搞不懂，想要升級還沒辦法直接在系統升級…酒店訂房經理在得知了我真的很不喜歡園景房的時候想辦法給我換了個小的河景房，非常謝謝！但是要我下次再預訂我毫不猶豫選擇加多點差價選擇河景房的。謝謝他們解決了我的煩惱，如果沒住上河景房我真的會覺得4000塊錢打水漂了…

非常非常滿意的一家酒店。接待人員非常的gentleman，即便他們有一股子驕傲勁兒在，但是他們依舊會盡他們的職業道德給客户至上的服務，因為第二晚改了套房入住，給我們留了最好view的兩間，還不需要我預交房價差價，到離店的時候才需要繳納。真的是體驗感很好，賓至如歸！
這個酒店就是衝著阿加莎去的，真的很值得，那尼羅河的美景和非洲夕陽美得讓人窒息。一定要來！
情人節當天到的酒店，lobby就已經深深打動人心了。
