Hotéis com café da manhã em Assago

We stayed at this hotel for a sporting event, this was with a large group of national team players. The communications with the staff was very good; they replied to questions promptly and accommodated for requests very quickly. The hotel was well located for our purpose and only a few minutes walk to a shopping centre which included supermarket and food court and was very convenient. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, and breakfast served was very good!

I love this hotel and have stayed many times. This time however I was feeling less than happy. The reception staff could benefit from customer service and hospitality training. They seemed to have great difficulty in checking people in with an altogether disinterested negative attitude.. My first room had no handle on the window therefore it couldn't be opened the room was stifling. The room was changed this one had a very loose handle on the window and the heating dial broken off the wall therefore this room was very cold the complete opposite. But I didn't feel I could ask to change again. We wanted to have a drink in the bar but we're told by the waiter in the bar that we couldn't because the tables were for food only. Luckily the barman said we could sit at the bar. Overall this time generally the staff made us feel unwelcome especially when we checked out. The only exception was the gentleman who came to see us in the second room who tried to be helpful.

I stayed twice during a 10 days trip in Europe with my family. The hotel is in a very convinient position nearby the A50 out of Milan. It is a comfortable hotel with helpfull and polite staff. Spacious rooms and clean. Breakfast has a big variety of choices and very good coffee.

Well organized hotel with adequate rooms and decent breakfast (standard included). The staff was very friendly, but not always proficient in the English language. The location isn’t pittoresk, but very functional when you are visiting Mediolanum Forum for any event.
