Premier Inn Ashford (Eureka Leisure Park)

All good, as expected, quiet night, clean room and comfy bed, shower gel, hairdryer, tea & coffee provided. Lots of places to eat in the area, close to M20. Easy to park, friendly staff, fast check in would stay again.

Amy is so helpful and happy it wears off on you she is a blinder also Isaac’s a very competent worker who has helped us with our business so I would like to thank them both very much and I am very thankful for their help, smile and the whole world smiles with you

We stayed in January for my birthday as we wanted an affordable place and honestly it was a great hotel. We had a comfortable stay, friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much. Perfect location too and has everything you need. We would definitely stay again.

We've been staying at this hotel as a stopover both to and from Eurotunnel since it was built, and it continues to be perfect for this. The hotel is very conveniently located and has a range of (fast) food choices around you. I do think the hotel is starting to show it's age though, it is clean but things are starting to get a bit beaten up, tiles have in grained dirt and the flooring is worn. Nothing that can't be fixed with a bit of a refresh, and nothing that should put you off. We inevitably will be back on our next adventure.

The hotel was so easy to find, I liked that there was plenty of things for us to do around the area. We loved the beefeater next to the hotel. Check in was quick and simple. Amy was on the reception and she was very friendly and helpful and she helped us book a taxi to go into the town. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family and I can’t wait to come back. Thank You

Very clean and tidy overall, I am a wheelchair user and found this hotel accessible and no issues for me getting around also Lauren that was on reception was extremely kind and helpful would highly recommend this location for future reference

One of the nicer hotels I’ve stayed in, lady on reception Amy decorated our room for our sons birthday. He loved it. Lots of things to do around the area and a lot of food choices to pick from. Room was spotless and quiet. Will will be returning in the future!

Lovely clean hotel in a great location with friendly staff especially amy the young lady on reception very helpful making the whole check in nice and easy a very happy young lady, loads of parking at the hotel shower could have been better but nice and clean
