房間蠻乾淨，從窗户能看到遠處的山巒和森林，北卡的森林覆蓋率很高，空氣清新，酒店位置在高速旁，雖然離市中心很近，但還是要開車，步行不方便，周邊道路太多，服務態度不錯，稍有點怠慢。

Excellent place to stay. EV charger for our car. Great location within easy walking distance to downtown restaurants. Great rooftop bar to watch the sunset over the mountains. Staff was fantastic and helpful.

Stayed 5 nights, Jan 2024; 2 parents and a teenager; Overall a very nice hotel. Clean attractive lobby and rooms, great breakfast buffet for about $15 made it one of the better brkfst options for the area, great staff. The Montford Rooftop Bar was also a pleasant surprise - casual a**osphere, great small plates, a fantastic view.
But some things we didn't like.
"City View" is no view at all. It is a completely blocked view of the hotel across the street.
Also, we love a downtown AVL hotel because we prefer to walk everywhere. On the west edge of what I consider the "center" city area, definitely within 15 min walk to the entire downtown, which is great. But one night, walking home from dinner (about 8 pm?), a young person asked us for a cigarette (we are not smokers), and then immediately followed us in the dark for a few blocks on the deserted street, until we reached the hotel. It made us very uncomfortable. Not the hotel's fault, but that night we wished we wished we were staying in a busier area, and we were more hesitant to go out after dark for the rest of the trip.
And finally - I hated the in room TV. The remote / TV channel system was painfully difficult to use / clunky.

I paid booked my room early, paid for a HIGH FLOOR room corner views, upon arrival was told no high rooms available. Unacceptable customer service.

Great location close to downtown with well appointed rooms. Take advantage of provided noise machine if you are on one of the lower floors.

Great location to do the wake foot spa a block away !
Only complaint was the charcuterie board on the rooftop restaurant was very small and chintzy for the price.
