Longe do turismo de massas, foi muito agradável encontrarmos este pequeno hotel. O atendimento foi excelente; sentia-se orgulho em receber bem por parte de quem lá trabalha. Foi pena não termos ficado mais um dia para desfrutar do seu SPA.

The Location is Great but our "Superior" room (301) had a building 3 feet from our windows so the room was very dark. Not only that but were were woken by jack hammering and other construction noises that continued from 7am-5pm daily right outside the windows. We were two couples three of whom had massages that were terrible but the two ladies did like the facials. I would look elsewhere.

We stayed in this wonderful hotel for four nights at the end if September in 2023. We loved that it was a smaller hotel with the most incredible, staff. From the owners to the managers, the chef, front desk staff and the breakfast staff, they truly understood the meaning of great service and went out of their way to make sure our needs were met. It was within walking distance to many little shops and sights. Lots to do and see. It was well appointed, clean and quaint. We had a fabulous dinner for the 12 of us there as well as breakfasts full of choices. Again the service and attention to detail was wonderful. They were always friendly, helpful and you can tell they took a lot of pride in the service they provided to all of the guests. We highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again. Thank you to all the wonderful staff! We hope the owners know how wonderful you are . It is rare where all of the staff put so much effort, energy and dedication into their work. Joy and John

We were a group of 12 and stayed four nights. A great location, situated in the middle of the historic centre, and within walking distance of all the places we knew as children growing up in Ascoli Piceno. The staff were incredible, welcoming, professional, responsive, and did everything they could to address all of our requests. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there next time we go to Ascoli Piceno. Gabriella & John

We had excellent service !! We had a huge problem accessing this hotel owing to roadwork problems but we were guided in on telephone and we owe a great deal to the young girl in reception who was an absolute star' The location could not have been better and our junior suite was excellent. Our only issue was the breakfast in a room more like a coffee bar which was so noisy with the clatter of plates. This was was totally out of keeping with an hotel of this standard . Also the breakfast itself was below expectations .

Very comfortable bed. Good shower with lovely toiletries. Friendly and very helpful staff. Beautifully presented breakfast buffet and excellent service. Perfect location for exploring the old town. Loved the excellent and efficient valet parking service (15 euro per day), made coming and going so easy! Had difficulty fitting our continental plug adapter into the sockets so advisable to bring an Italian 3-prong adapter if you have one.

Excellent location. Pristine for cleanliness. Very hospitable staff . Newly renovated . Eat at Cibo next door. The breakfast included was very good & fresh . The spa pool is a decent size . Again super clean . Complimentary muffins and croissants in the lobby always
