The hotel's standards for health, safety, and service were incredibly lacking during our recent stay. Despite our long-standing patronage during ISPO time, the quality never matched the purported four-star rating. Upon arrival this year, my colleague and I were given a room riddled with mold and filth, and another one inconveniently close to noisy areas. Expressing concern about potential disturbance, the receptionist responded rudely and dismissively. Despite the unpleasant conditions, we reluctantly decided not to argue but planned to request a new room the next day. The state of the bedding was appalling, with foul odors and visibly stained duvets. In the morning, a different receptionist acknowledged the unacceptable conditions, especially the mold, and assured us of a room change upon our return. However, upon our late return, new staff claimed no record of our issue, insisting the hotel was fully booked despite evidence to the contrary. After my colleague insisted on leaving, a room suddenly became available for her, yet no solution was offered for me. Despite assurances of discounts, the replacement room still had mold issues. Attempts to review the bill were denied, with the manager unavailable on-site and only offering a callback. When the manager did call, instead of apologizing, he resorted to blaming our supposed difficulty as guests and complained to my company about my behavior. The breakfast experience further soured our stay, with the front office staff rudely shouting at patrons. This unacceptable experience compels me to take action, and I intend to contact the German Health and Safety depar**ent for an inspection of the rooms affected by mold and inadequate cleanliness.

Aschheim is a cute little town very close to Munich & the Achat Hotel is very conveniently located. The staff is very helpful. Bus/Train to Munich is just across the street & very easy to navigate. The breakfast is very expensive, but there is a great bakery just a couple blocks away. Overall a great place to stay.

Really enjoyed our stay there! Right next to the bus route so getting to Munich was fairly easy. Staff was helpful and received a package for us. Great stay!

Just 1 night stay during our European Trip, there was no aircondition and it was very hot in our room. We havent received any upgrade and there was no place for us on the covered parking which was to be given for GOLD member status guests.

It was great for sleeping and breakfast to go on with your trip later. Friendly staff. Over all great hotel.

Excellent location … staff could have been friendlier though. No face clothes to use in the shower, hand soap to be used instead of body wash and no shampoo/conditioner/ or other body products to be offered. No complimentary coffee- my husband got his head bitten off for making a coffee in the lobby which was only for meetings.

Our stay at the hotel was great for our family. They have attached rooms so our large family was accommodated for, but the breakfast was 19 euros per person. That was really disappointing because it looked very good, but for a family that price is just not realistic.
