"I have not even stayed there yet and I am already disappointed. I made a reservation with the standard rate which allows me to cancel 14 days before the date of the reservation. First, all I got was an email that had zero details about the reservation except the date. I wrote back to the hotel requesting details about my reservation the same day and got no response. Then, I wrote another email requesting the cancellation of my reservation the next day, still no answer. Today I sent them a message on Whatsapp and nobody answered. I am not impressed at all with the service and invite the management to act accordingly."

"We contacted Hotel Forn Nou wanting to stay in May. We initially received a reply from someone called Toni but information in his response differed from the information on the hotel's website, particularly regarding the free cancellation period. In the email they said up to 30 days, where as on their website it said if you take the flexible rate it is free up to 1 day. We also asked them to clarify issues regarding the bathroom which they didn't respond to. We were holding a flight so immediately emailed back asking them to clarify the situation.We received no reply so, as we did not want to miss out on our flight, we tried two more times and again no one replied. I would add that another member of the family also tried and experienced exactly the same, i.e. they received an initial response but when they asked the hotel to clarify details, no response was received. In view of lack of clarification we felt unable to book and therefore no longer able to secure our flight at a sensible price. We are very disappointed particularly as the hotel mentions how good their customer service is; this was certainly not our experience!"

"Our stay at Nema was an experience to surely be repeated. The hotel is small and makes you feel right at home with its beautiful garden, rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious, a buffet and a lot of egg options a la carte. Definitely recommend and would love to return! The town of Artà is also very beautiful and deserves a visit!"

"Este hotel excepcional em Mallorca não é para todos - e isso é o seu encanto. Aqui, quem aprecia o autêntico, encontra um verdadeiro tesouro com mobiliário antigo conservado e paredes de pedra característica. Situação espectacular, perto do mosteiro de Sant Salvador, com vistas incríveis. Nossa sala com varanda ao lado do jardim ofereceu vistas inesquecíveis - conseguimos praticamente tocar as flores cheirantes das árvores. Pessoal extraordinário: Juan Carlos manteve a instalação com um devoto devoção e ofereceu um delicioso pequeno-almoço. Alejandra não só cuidou do pequeno-almoço perfeito, mas também de todas as questões administrativas com grande eficiência e amabilidade. E Adela limpou o nosso quarto todos os dias sem apostar e com roupas de camas frescas. Estes três homens são a verdadeira diferença: Paraíso para amantes de animais: uma atmosfera cordial amigável com cães, pássaros no salão e a estrela absoluta - um encantador gato misturado Siam no jardim. Este gato jogado conquista todos os corações e joga mesmo com crianças na piscina (também os hóspedes de dia vivem sua magia). Este gato sozinho já vale a pena visitar! Resumo: Quem aprecia o charme da Vintage, a história autêntica e uma atmosfera única, vai amar este hotel. Não oferece o conforto normalizado de cadeias modernas, mas algo muito mais valioso: alma, natureza e experiências inesquecíveis."
