Apart from the hiccups with the check in process, everything else about the apartment was fantastic. Very spacious and clean apartment with good view of the sea. Easy access to local restraurants,bus stand and taxi station which was just across the hotel. However, there were noise from the bar downstairs late in the night which can be a problem if you're staying right above. Overall a wonderful stay and would recommend.

Lovely apartment overlooking the harbour. Lovely beach 100 yard away. Not a tourist beachy holiday with cheap larger bars etc - more for the discerning break away in the sun. Lovely roof terrace. Fab time had.

Very good location. Very clean. Check-in was flawless, and communication was swift. The noise from the bar outside was sometimes very loud and light sleepers can suffer from that. The place was well equipped, clean and modern.

We are regular visitors to the island and decided on 2 nights in the capital. The standard of accommodation was excellent. Staff (via Puerto del Carmen office) were exceptional. We opted for one of the two rooms with a terrace but there is also a large communal rooftop area. I would 100% recommend and stay again. Although in a busy area no noise from outside as units are well glazed. Perfect for a stroll to San Gines and other local areas of interest. Supermarkets and bakery’s close by for breakfast items.

Overall happy staying here, guest mix solos, young couples/mates, profs & nationalities. Noisy late til v late outside as young locals/illegals party nearby. Spacious, clean, plush, modern, decent view(partly spoiled by towering Gran Hotel opp right), central location good for various eateries/bars, local beach/bus station. Ace top floor shared sun terrace/smoke area that provides a welcome breeze. No reception tho contactable, responsive and helpful. No keys, coded system.

Nice apartment overlooking the sea. Lots of room with a kitchen and lounge. However the area around is very loud which carries through to the bedroom. Each night noise would continue until 2/3am. Some soundproofing is needed. On the plus side it’s a stones throw away from the beach.
