Excellent stay

고아 북쪽 바가지역에 있는데, 주변에 안주나비치, 바가비치 등 유명한 해변가 근처에 있네요! 북쪽 고아를 여행할 때 좋아요.

Good property, staff is very courteous and specially Pradeep ( F&B ) and Vishal who served is during breakfast. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We would like to come back and stay again. Great ambience. Thanks to the entire team of the hotel including Pradeep, Poonam, Vishal and Abbas

They are spoiling the name of such a reputed hotel chain "HILTON" Very bad rooms with flooded Washrooms and cockroaches in rooms, how can this property is rated 5 stars, booked for 6 nights never thought of cockroaches in a 5 star hotel room, washroom light is always on complained on 1st day they but got it rectified on 4th day and same with the washroom due to some pipeline fault it is always flooded , guys only plus is the location.. they spoiled my family vacation , never going to book this property again. Lastly if you are ordering something from outside specially I am not talking about food in my case it was medicine which I ordered from app the guard stopped the person outside main gate which is bit far, he never let the delivery guy come inside till reception even after confirmation from duty manager from reception, I had to personally walk with my young daughter in heavy rain till gate to collect the parcel. Seriously hats off

The housekeeping service was excellent and very responsive. Whenever we needed something a call to 55 was responded immediately. Sirajul was very friendly and looked after us very well. He deserves a promotion and a raise in his salary. You don't want to lose good staff.

Pathetic stay room 210 on 16th November. Very very bad experience upon check in . The bathroom was smelling badly. My wife is allergic to any kind of smell in the room. Complain was done, the room attendant came to fix the smell but I was aware it was a drainage smell which can't be fixed in one day as I was a hotelier too and worked in the housekeeping department in all the five star properties across India and abroad too. Then he informed his manager and told us I will try to fix the smell as we can't change your room because hotel occupancy is 100%. Then at last I had called Priyanka to come in the room to check the smell but I think she was not interested to come and send her manger, he had told us to shift in another room which was a lower category (#305) from what I had booked and told to shift in suite tomorrow. In room #305 there were other issues like ants in the room, one alive cockroach found coming out from bed as soon I was about to click photo it was again gone inside, shower head was too loose that if I will move then it will come out in my hand, W.C. flush button was working properly as it was getting stucked upon flush. As my wife and daughter were not feeling well so I had decided to check out the very next day as my stay was there for another two days so they had charged a retention for another night on which we had not even stayed yet and they charged for the higher category too. They can't even provide a bottle of water in the lobby as my daughter had asked for it and got the answer from them we can't provide a water bottle in the lobby as it is on a chargeable basis, it was just a bad answer to what we had not expected from a brand like Hilton. But not an issue as now we had decided not to stay at any of the Hilton brands in future. Finally came back to Hyatt centric candolim.
