I travel often with work so when I booked into the Estelle Kramer Motor Inn my expectations exceeded in every way. The onsite manager was so friendly and helpful during check-in and the duration of our stay. The room was modern and spotlessly clean.

It is very basic but good to have microwave and some cutlery and crokery in room. Bathroom is a bit small though. It is a good choice for one or two nights stay

The ladies caretaking while the owners are on leave were so so friendly and helpful, thank you so much

The staff were very welcoming. There were plenty of biscuits, tea bags, coffee and we were offered fresh milk for making a hot drink. Also, there was a microwave, fridge, big TV and plenty of cutlery, and crockery.
The main bed was a bit tired but the pillows, sheets, blankets were lovely.
however, I would happily stay there again as it was located very close to the centre of town and good value.

We checked in and in the room allocated to us was a broken table and on notifying the staff, we were instantly moved to another room which was bigger and even more beautifully set with no extra charge. Staff are very friendly and value their customers with excellent customer service. We stayed for two nights. Keep up the good work.
