Heat +28, air conditioning in the Lux room is not! Opened the balcony, then drove mosquitoes at midnight. There are mosquito nets on the windows, in the fumiguator room. The mattress is very soft, sleeping uncomfortable, but the bed is wide, 3 pillows lie. After the first night asked to change to the rooms with the air conditioner, showed 2 standards, there beds and a half, as there sleep in two in such a heat... After all refused, but thank the staff for going to meet. There are also coats and slippers in the room, cosmetics are very good: air conditioning shampoo, soap, shower gel, body lavender. Slippers, hairdressers, individual sets of toothbrushes with paste. Towels are lots, change every day. On arrival brought a plate with fruit (compliment from the hotel). Breakfast is good, diverse, the only minus – baking, if eaten, no new ones. On the 8th floor in the bar Sky is a beautiful viewing area, the institution itself to visit exactly for the food, the price is high, and the quality of the dishes is chrome (approximately as in an inexpensive cafe or in a good dining room). Conclusion: Hotel is not bad but certainly not 4 stars, confident crack. Everywhere is clean enough. Staff polite, tries to solve the problems.
