"Personally, I think Zakynthos is much more beautiful than Santorini. This is another beautiful hotel. It can be said to be very good in all aspects. I live on the first floor, right outside the door is the swimming pool and pool restaurant. Because it is on the top of a mountain, the scenery is great when having breakfast. As for the shortcomings, apart from being a little expensive, it is a bit far from the main commercial street, nearly a kilometer walk. Furthermore, the sound insulation between the upper and lower floors is not good, which is reflected in the sound of water pipes and the sound of dragging things upstairs."

"Have stopped in the main hotel and the rooms are lovely, clean and tidy, this time stayed in Studio 2 and our room was disgusting, the bed was broken, the mattress was like a sea saw, no slats at the bottom and the ones at the top were broken, told reception they didn’t seem that bothered even though I informed them that I had spinal surgery a few months before and I have a spinal shunt in my back. They told us they had no other rooms and that maintenance would come and sort it, that night we had to us the sofa cushions to prop up the top end of the bed in order to sleep on it. Next morning had to report the shower not working and asked again about maintenance and they told us it would be done while we were out, got back nothing had been done so asked again and was told “the wood shops were closed” so had another night of no sleep, next day they sorted both out. Our fire alarm in the room would go off randomly and we told a Scottish guy on the desk that night and his attitude was disgusting. Asked for the manager the next morning and was told they didn’t come to the hotel until the next day. We were only there for a week so we ended up leaving it as we just wanted to relax. Pool The sun bed wars were a joke and half the beds were broken, the floor was like an ice rink when wet and the pool became really murky by the afternoon as there is no where to shower your sun lotion off before getting into the pool. The kids pool had an orange/green scum mark around so we didn’t take our grandson in there. The steps down to the bottom pool were filthy and were overgrown with bushes making it hard to use them and they were slippier than the pool area. I never once seen anyone checking the PH levels and at night a man walked round the pool with a white bucket throwing white powder into the water without checking any levels. How TUI can post them as 3 stars is beyond me"

"Let me start by saying , we love Greece and have been coming for over 20 years , we love the family run basic Greek charm, and as long as rooms are clean, we dont mind as we dont go away to look at the rooms.However I feel a bit cheated for what we paid and what they show and promise on their site, this hotel over promises and under delivers big time. the pool 8 sunbeds in the shade yes only 8 !, around a cramped pool area ( not whats shown in their pics) its full of unnecessary gimmicks like a sauna (who needs a sauna in a hot country ) and Jacuzzi, both at least 20 euros to use , itsa waste of space when more more sunbeds are needed, its so shady that if your lucky youl get 2 hours of a half tanned body, then forget it. its right next to a busy road youl choke on the fumes if your by the tiny pool, umbrellas nailed to the floor , you cant use them. rooms are dark & dated , if thisis refurbished ifd hate to have seen it before , what fun using the waterfall shower , watching it soak the toilet and floor another gimmick badly installed and not suitable fora basic greek bathroom, no sea view or view of the church as boasted on their website, breakfast was ok , but some strange things on offer like left over chicken & veg, all chopped up like baby food, your being watched like a hawk by the owner, just in case you eat too much, and we dont by the way. made us feel very uncomfortable, maid service was good a little early and every day ! Agassi location is good if a little commercial, so the reviews i read and research i did on their web site before booking, has made me a bit confused, maybe im missing something, they are not particularly friendly , but not rude either so fine with us . except the breakfast watcher, its rude to watch people eat, pretend at least to be doing something rather than stare , this is a dated budget place , with no privacy on the balcony, no views and charges too much for whats on offer , the web site pics dont show the all the rooms , theirs better for less money, so dont be ****** in like us and fall for the inflated boast and stretched pictures , oh and hairdryer out of the 70s i think in the bathroom !"

"Spent 3 days on solo trip in this beautiful hotel and can totally recommend! They made me feel welcome and safe as a lone female and my room, 321, was spotlessly clean, modern and contemporary with a distant sea view. Breakfast served until 10am from restaurant with stunning views out to sea, served a good variety of hot and cold food. Pool area was delightful and the sunbeds the most comfortable ever! The staff could not do enough for the guests and were friendly and attentive. Food at pool restaurant was avoidable and tasty. Nothing to fault!"
