Residence Le Corniole Aparthotel

We had a great stay at Le Corniole. We stayed there for about 2 weeks - my husband and I and our 2 boys (9, 11). My extended family had multiple apartments within the building so that our whole family could all stay in Arezzo in our own apartment within the same building and it was perfect for this. We appreciated the daily cleaning of our place as well as the snacks and drinks and water provided daily in our room. This was especially helpful with the kids who were always looking for things to munch on after a long day of walking. Giovanni and Lulia were amazing and so helpful with every question and bit of advice we needed. We really appreciated their kindness. The place is just as pictured online, very simple and just what we needed. The air conditioning worked great too! And we were provided a drying rack so we could do some hand washing of clothes and place on the balcony. I have to say I got used to the trains - they didn’t run in the middle of the night and we were always going to bed so exhausted and late that it didn’t seem to bother any of us with the windows closed and ac on. We had ear plugs too if needed but after the first day I didn’t even bother. If you go in June the Jasmine flowers are blooming outside and created the most amazing perfume all around the building. It was amazing. The place is also conveniently located not far from the train station which was nice for the frequent trips we took. I would recommend this place for other travelers, it felt very safe too and aside from the occasional trains is a very quiet location as it is tucked back from the main road.

Generalmente quando cerco un albergo solo per passarvi la notte per me sono fondamentali 3 cose: bagno, sonno, colazione. Sul bagno nulla da dire. Sul resto velo pietoso. Si dorme a letteralmente 5 metri, dai binari dei treni che passano di continuo con conseguente notte in bianco. Decisamente sconsigliato

Appartamento perfetto in pieno centro a due passi da tutto, con tutte le comodità e il proprietario Giovanni gentilissimo e dolce che ci ha preparato una dolce sorpresa sapendo del mio compleanno. Davvero un bel gesto inaspettato che ha reso la nostra permanenza ancora più bella!

Visitare Arezzo è... Le Corniole! Comodissimo al centro questo residence offre la possibilità di muoversi molto comodamente a piedi per visitare le bellezze del luogo. La gentilezza del titolare e la disponibilità alla reception completano un'esperienza da ripetere infinite volte.

Sono stata in questa struttura con la mia famiglia, l'appartamento era piuttosto spazioso e condizionato con arredamento dalle poche pretese ma comprensivo di tutto l'occorrente. Vicinissimo al centro e munito di comodo parcheggio. Buona pulizia generale e disponibilità del personale. Effettivamente i treni si sentono ma da una certa ora in avanti quasi non ne passano più e si dorme bene. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Ho passato in questo Residence il periodo di Pasqua,la mia esperienza e della mia.famiglia è stato qualcosa di superlativo. Gli appartamenti erano forniti di tutto non mancava nulla, la pulizia degli stessi era fenomenale. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo ed inoltre è fornito di parcheggio ed è vicinissimo sia alla stazione ferroviaria che alle principali attrattive della città. Inoltre vorrei segnalare la disponibilità e la gentilezza del proprietario che insieme a tutto il resto ha reso il nostro soggiorno meraviglioso. Consigliatissimo
