Hotel Boutique Can Sastre

We spent 8 nights at this wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of the beautiful old city of Cuitadella. The hotel is a lovely old building, sensitively restored to an extremely high standard. The owners and staff were professional, helpful and friendly. We stayed in the Sant Jeroni Suite which was superb - a large and luxurious room with its own sunny private rooftop terrace. The room was cleaned daily and bottles of water and toiletries replaced. We felt that every care was taken of us and we would love to return for another visit.

This is a lovely, beautifully decorated hotel. The breakfast is superb with a huge variety of local delicacies. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the parking is far from the property, but that's a small trade off for being in such a great location in the heart of the old town. There is also no patio or place to sit outside but we didn't mind since the charm of Ciutadella is right out the door. This is a wonderful place to stay!

What a beautiful place. We stayed in the suite and it was stunning. It was equipped with everything you could need and wonderful little touches. We made the most of the honesty bar and the location which is perfect for getting straight into the city. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The place has a lot of character and charm making for a special experience.

This is a really lovely hotel right in the old part of the city. It's spotlessly clean and the staff are incredibly helpful from before you arrive right through to when you leave. We booked the Suite and it was fabulous, with all the amenities you would expect. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay here and will be back for sure next time we are in Menorca! First class!!

We stayed 4 nights in the suite with the absolutely perfect private patio to relax on. The room was cosy with everything you needed. We had some problems with the aircondition, but the staff did everything to fix it. Lovely breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and local products. Perfect quiet location in the city. Lots of restaurants nearby. Lastly the staff was very friendly and smiling.

Amazing stay at a very cute boutique hotel!

Menorca and specifically Ciutadella is a place that we have visited since 2013, so accommodation on the island is something we know a little about. This property had some heart put into it, almost like it is the owners home. No costs have been held back in the renovation of this building, everything has been well thought of. From a visual perspective, its outstanding, this is really what a boutique hotel is all about. Location wise, its in the heart, everything in the town is within walking distance. Communication from the moment of booking (direct) was perfect, a few days prior to arrival contact had been made and continued through arrival and for the duration of the stay. Staff, friendly and professional, willing to assist with absolutely anything and full of good advise on things to do, places to visit or restaurants to try. Overall, the staff are outstanding, all of them, such a pleasure and makes the stay so much more enjoyable. Public areas of the hotel, so well designed, spacious and a mix of local Menorca with that comfortable boutique environment. Refreshment location is interesting, all based on honesty, plenty of refreshments available from water, soft drinks, coffee and alcohol, simply server yourself and write down what had been consumed, great idea. Rooms, preferential room selected in this property and it is exactly what had been expected. Spacious, clean and all the amenities that one needs to a holiday, relaxing environment. Bathroom is of a good design, well designed with that rustic touch. Showers (rain), perfect with an option of hand held. Excellent selection of good quality shower gels, shampoos and conditioners. Beds are of the perfect size, extremely comfortable and the linens (bedding) used offer that comfort and a good nights sleep. TV and radio available, all to a decent standard and well located. Amazing design of traditional beams on the ceilings. Most importantly, everything is extremely clean and well maintained. Breakfast, excellent, plenty of offer and all full of flavors. Not usually one to indulge in breakfast within hotel properties, but this one is well worth it. Selections of freshly made juice, yogurts, fruits, hams, croissants, breads, coffee, eggs. Perfect selection, so well worth including. Breakfast is via an internal booking, and the staff ensure they contact you daily to see the time that suits. Overall, excellent, probably on of the best Boutique properties we have stayed in to date. Keep it up.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Very clean, good rooms, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and well situated. Excellent for a short break - secure car park about 10 minutes walk from hotel. Don't try to drive to the hotel - streets are very narrow and there is a complex one way system! Hotel will send you Google maps link plus code for the car park.
