There were no chairs at the tables where the continental breakfast was and there was no protein available. The hotel owner operator eoom window had a miniblind with burn marks on it as if they caught it on fire. Looked tacky. Will not book this location again.

The toilet seat was way loose. The counter top to the bathroom sink was broken and patched with caulking. The room smelled musty no deodorant or disinfectant smell of any kind.

Room floors were dirty, refrigerator was defrosting, baby cockroaches in the shower. Shower pressure ******. Toilet too close to the countertop

Friendly staff decent room. Only thing i found negative ( if i had to say anything) is humidity is quite high and whoever they hired for painting did a poor job lol. Otherwise one of the nicest 2 star hotels ive stayed at

I booked a room at the Castle Rock, CO location and the confirmation had me at the Ardmore, Oklahoma location. Called and explained and the desk manager kept saying to cancel on my end, which I couldn’t do. I hate being this person but he spoke broken English and had a hard time communicating with me.

The building inside was ok, but once wr got i to out room, cockroaches apperead in a bunch, plus the lock equipped did not work we had all of them missing besides the card lock, the shower was ok more hot water than cold and when they came to clean the room they only did one bed and not both, plus the sheets were very dirty. Over all will not be staying here again
