We have stayed in this hotel azul agave. On10/07/2023 My wife and I we were ready to check out on Saturday 10/08/2023 and we left the room but under the pillow I forgot my wallet with $20,000 cash and my credit cards ID well we went to check out and went to get our vehicle from the parking lot when I realized that I forgot my wallet in the room under the pillow. I asked in front desk and she said the people the clean the rooms they haven’t returned any wallet but the keep it for them since was $20,000 pesos in cash I spoke to the owner he didn’t take any responsibility of my wallet stolen from the cleaning people my advice to anyone stay in the hotel don’t stay but if you don’t have a choice take care your things of value don’t trust this place the worse’s places ever

The entire stay was perfect. The beds were very comfortable and shower was great. The ladies at reception were so kind and helpful too! I also loved the terrace on the 4th floor, it was great for lovely views of Arandas. We will definitely stay here again!

My room was given to someone else. I even called several times and spoke to staff to make sure that didn’t happen.

The service of the staff was pretty good.
Place is clean.
Our room had a blocked sink and a broken furniture, not the end of the world but just to say it .
The place is small,this you heard the other guests when they walk in to the room,and during the night can become uncomfortable.
Overall pretty acceptable.

We stayed for 9 days and had the greatest time there . We don’t speak a lot of Spanish and the staff was so accommodating to us 1 staff member spoke some English when we checked in he tried explaining to me the way to the parking and Arandas has a lot of one way streets he ended up riding with me so I could find it easily. The entire staff was fantastic the housekeeping staff is the best kept our room spotless and clean very friendly ladies and were so kind to us . We had the best time there and the whole city is fantastic food and of course Tequila. Breakfast was included at a restaurant nearby la Fonda what a great place to at breakfast the staff there were so accommodating to us and the food was great . Looking forward to returning. Thank you the entire staff of the hotel and restaurant you made our vacation a remarkable adventure.
