Good hotel in a good location. Just a short walk across the rd to the chair lift or down some steps across to the gondolas. Staff on the whole very good. Good sized room with balcony. Great room service. Restaurant. Good breakfast & evening meal offered a varied menu (almost too much to eat!). Comfortable bar/lounge area. Music most nights. Good ski/boot room. Spa area was good apart from uncontrolled children being allowed in after 4pm! Would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This is a truly wonderful hotel, I cannot recommend it highly enough. We had a wonderful week here over half term February 2024. The hotel isn’t perfect, nothing is, but the few areas that aren’t perfect are more than made up for by the amazing staff who you could tell all wanted us to have a fantastic holiday – the head waiter and the barman/sommelier being stand out all round amazing. The food is spectacular and I compliment all the kitchen team on producing such delicious food every evening (ski pants were a bit tight at the end of the week!). The communal areas of the hotel have been beautifully refurbished, while still keeping the traditional, ornate alpine wooden panelling. It shouldn’t work, but it does. The rooms still have largely original décor but are so well appointed it doesn’t matter – you’re only in there to sleep and shower! I particularly appreciated the tea making facilities – fresh milk available from the bar and could be stored in the mini bar fridge. It was so lovely to have a cup of tea in bed at night. The shower was good, towels large (but not very fluffy) and there was hand/hair/body wash and body lotion (no conditioner) as well as a shower cap and a few cotton buds. I didn’t use the hairdrier as I brought my own but my daughter did and said it wasn’t very powerful. The nightly turndown service with a sweet (and a delicious Lindor heart on Valentine’s day) was a lovely luxury. If you like a firm bed this will be perfect for you – I don’t, so I put the blanket provided under the sheet and it made the bed softer but I didn’t sleep very well for the week (possibly exacerbated by the wine and the altitude!). We had a duvet each and they were fluffy and warm. Unusually, there was plenty of storage space in the wardrobe and drawers for all our ski gear, as well as a balcony (we overlooked the Burz lift) and a chair. The cleaning staff were excellent -the hotel was immaculate. It felt like our sheets and towels were changed every day (which was lovely but actually unnecessary if that was the case, for environmental reasons we’d be happy with a once/twice a week change). Location couldn’t have been better. Out the ski room door, and around 25 metres to the piste, with a ski down to the Burz lift (largeish queues in the morning but they soon eased). The ski room is small with few places to sit, so it did get a bit congested but it was fine. Each room has a lockable locker with heated boot storage – bliss! There’s also a servicing point with screwdrivers etc if you need to maintain your skis. The spa was good too – with a steam room, two saunas and a jacuzzi. My husband and daughter had a massage which they said was excellent, though I cannot recommend my pedicure (sitting on a treatment bed is very uncomfortable) although the therapist was lovely. The only real negative things I can say about the hotel is that the WiFi is poor – I could send messages but there wasn’t enough signal strength to log in to my work inbox s

So good we've booked for next year! Hotel was fantastic; really cosy, food was amazing and a great bar with singers every evening. We did a wine tasting one evening which did not disappoint. Staff were v.friendly and helpful. Thanks especially to Simona and Giovanni who looked after us. Superb location, chairlift across the road and on a cracking point on the Seela Ronda circuit. Make the most of it and enjoy the local slopes first thing before the Sella Ronda crowds arrive.

Great time with family exploring the Dolomites ski area. Loved the vast expanse of runs - lots of intermediate runs. The hotel spa offered a variety of services which we took advantage of. The food was delicious. Enough variety for all - even our vegetarian family. Very comfortable rooms.

We had the most amazing stay at this hotel, it didn't disappoint. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable and spacious. The bar area is relaxing and superb cocktails made in front of you. The buffet is lovely with fresh choices at breakfast and dinner and the meat and pasta dishes in the evening are great. We had a wine tasting with other guests which was a brilliant idea and we enjoyed the group setting in the wine cellar, we were lucky to have Geovani advise us on wines and we had vodka lemon sorbet made in front of us by the restaurant manager, we will not forget this experience. All the staff were very happy to help and ensure we were looked after well. The hotel is so close to the chair lift and you can almost ski to door. Our room was beautiful, clean and had plenty space with a jacuzzi bath. We will definitely be back.

This hotel came highly recommended and it did not disappoint. We stayed in a deluxe room which was ample for my wife and son. The facilities are well maintained and spotlessly clean. Its proximity to the ski lifts is almost like being a ski in ski out hotel. Ski lifts are available at reception so no queues on day one. Food was varied and plentiful with an extensive selection of wines to accompany. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Have just got back from a group trip to Arabba staying at the Sport hotel Arabba. The hotel was excellent. Meals were good - Breakfast cold buffet & scrambled eggs & bacon - Dinner very good salad & dessert buffets plus 2 in between courses. Wine choice was good & affordable - water has to be paid for. The bar area was extensive & very comfortable with evening entertainment that was pretty good (the lady). Rooms were good although some standard twins could do with modernising. The spa was enjoyed by quite a number of the group. The hotel is well positioned with the Burz chair lift for the anti-clockwise route only a short walk & ski away. My only complaint was the access to the cable car about a 7 minute walk. This entailed a walk across an icy hotel car park (2 people fell) & a treacherous icy outside staircase. Surely it should be standard procedure to keep this route ice free ? The ski area is fantastic. Jaw dropping scenery, loads of atmospheric mountain huts serving tasty well priced meals. The ski area is vast & best suited to intermediates as even the black runs are regularly pisted. Recommended day trips include Sella Ronda both ways, the Ciampac area in Val di Fassa, the Marmolada, the Hidden valley,Santa Croce over at Alta Badia & Seceda including the James Bond run. For experts you need to hire a guide as off piste skiing is banned in some areas & enforced. All in all a highly recommended hotel, well positioned to make best use of this great ski area.

This is without doubt the very best hotel that we have stayed at within a ski resort! The hotel is bright, modern yet with plenty of character, the bedrooms are very spacious, warm & cleaned daily, the chambermaids are 1st class. The hotel has excellent facilities, we used the spa on most days after a day on the slopes & was very relaxing & a great way to end the day. The food is exceptional & more than you could possibly eat, we had varied options on all days & the breakfast was also very good. Above all the service from all of the staff was really first class, with a special mention to Simona who served us at our table with a smile on a daily basis & were made to feel very special. Also Simona at reception who went above & beyond to help us travel home early due to my Father being taken seriously ill in hospital, she helped find the next available flights & also sorted our transfer to Venice airport as we received no help whatsoever from the Ski Holiday operator, thank you Simona! We have stayed in the Super Ski Dolomites area on a few occasions & would thoroughly recommend this hotel as a really good base with top food & service, you won't want to leave!

We’ve been to many chalets and hotels skiing over the years and this is the best!! From the moment you arrive until the early departure the staff are amazing. They look after you so so well. The food is amazing with lots of local dishes, in reality far too much. You won’t go hungry. We were here over Xmas and had a delightful 8 course Christmas Eve gala dinner. There’s a great wellness centre to soothe the muscles. You get to the lift just over the road from the hotel. We’ve predominantly skied in the Alps, but the Dolomites were a delight. Fantastic views and the lift system exceptional. Highly recommend. Could not fault a thing !
