We travelled here as a party of 6 (3 couples) for a 4 night stay hoping to getaway from the hustle and bustle of working life and it was anything but. Check in wasn’t until 3pm and we were told the water had been on and off all day so the cleaners were struggling to clean the rooms so we were given a room shortly after 5pm so wasn’t exactly ideal when we arrived at 12 noon The water didn’t come back on at all that evening so when we did eventually get our room we couldn’t get a shower and couldn’t flush the toilet either. OUR ROOM… Although we hadn’t paid for an upgrade we were allocated superior sea view room and it was clean and tidy. There wasn’t much storage for clothes so not suitable for a longer holiday unless you don’t mind living out of your suitcase. No plug socket at the dressing table area which would have been handy for doing hair/makeup etc. No extra blanket for an evening either which I was extremely disappointed with as I was fairly cold at night and it disrupted my sleep. We couldn’t really sit out on our balcony either as when we did we got attacked by birds as the hotel must have just recently removed their nest which was on our terrace and the birds where trying rebuild it leaving a mess also. Our shower looked like an all singing and dancing spa luxury type with various jets but in fact none of which worked, apart from the removable standard shower hose which I found difficult to use with the continual fluctuation of temperature. I found that the rooms weren’t really cleaned daily, cleaners just came in to straighten the bed which looked liked a my 7 year old daughter would have done. I usually leave my towels on the floor by the shower and expect them to be exchanged when the cleaner came but not once did that happen. HOTEL AND SURROUNDINGS… When we arrived our first impressions were extremely pleasant, the hotel exterior looked impressive and the reception area looked nice. We were greeted by a long dark haired lady at reception which unfortunately we didn’t manage to get her name but she spoke very good English with a twang which didn’t sound Greek. She went out of her way to sort a room for one couple in our party which we could all drop our bags off at and be able to change into weather appropriate clothes until our rooms were available. We had to pay €7 per night per room hotel tax. The hotel and its exterior are very pretty to look at and the view is amazing looking out at the bay by the pool. But when you start to look under the surface you realise that although at face value it is appealing a lot of what you would expect from an all inclusive accommodation is missing. The floors around the pool were dirty and dusty, there were spilled drinks from days previous. Beer glasses and paper cups weren’t collected and were left by sunbeds until the following day which guests were having to clear up. Paper cups were floating about in the pool and we noticed that the pool was cleaned only once during our stay. The bar ar

Avoid at all costs. This hotel is disgusting. First off you are only allowed certain alcoholic drinks on all inclusive. Secondly they have been pulling bricks up without any warning and I have tripped and bruised all of my arm badly, another incident with the pool toilet full of sewage water, the man cover removed with no sign and they would not close the toilet down or fix the problem as we told them to the day before. 2 people have since had accidents, one has fallen and split his head open and another lady fell down the man hole cover resulting in tissue damage to her legs and her arm. Ambulance was called to the hotel to which the manager became hostile and told us in the exact words “all inclusive either out or 5 drinks per day maximum” he was awful to everyone there and claimed the ambulance cost the hotel 500 euros rather than have any empathy towards anybody who has had an accident at this hotel. It was horrible and quite scary. Since this I have complained to love holidays to which they have replied blaming me of being the man who fell in the toilets and emailed love holidays full of lies. I went to reception for a complaints form and they refused to give me one. We came here on our honeymoon and it has been nothing but trouble and a bad time. The food is completely inedible and there are plug sockets in our room removed which show bare wires. The manager approached us on our last night again being hostile regarding peoples drinks (again I do not drink) and gave me wrong for putting in a complaint through love holidays telling us 25 euros a day isn’t enough for more than 3 drinks and has now cut our drinks to 3 a day because I have complained. This hotel is disgusting not only in health safety and hygiene but also the way the manager speaks to people especially women intimidating and wasn’t interested why anybody put a complaint in in the first place. The best part about this hotel is the friendly bar staff. Both George’s were fantastic and very welcoming also angel who works in the restaurant is lovely. despite the managers behaviour. Not suitable for children and is not a “water park” 2 small slides that’s it. To top it off we are home now crippled with food poisoning from the hotel food like everyone else that had it on the last day.

Came here for our “baby moon” in mid September. All of the hotel staff have been really friendly and attentive. We were given sandwiches on arrival as we arrived late at night which was a nice touch and a lovely lady behind the bar even went as far as making me mocktails throughout our stay so that I had something to drink other than fizzy drinks or water. We paid for all inclusive and always managed to find something to eat although we found evening time had the most variety but the food was always well cooked no matter what time of day. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed and the balcony provided a lovely view of the sea and coastline. Cleaners came daily and always emptied the bins and made up the beds. There was always enough sun beds around the pool and the pool itself was a really good size and the bar being right next to the pool was a nice touch as you didn’t have to walk far to get a drink or ice-cream throughout the day. The manager himself was lovely and always came round at dinner time to greet the guests and offered recommendations of things to do nearby. I would say the only thing missing from the hotel would be some evening entertainment - but that being said both me and my partner would happily return again as it was a lovely relaxing getaway for us both before our baby arrives and would recommend the hotel for anyone else looking for a nice relaxing Greek getaway.

Lovely hotel, in a beautiful location only a short 5 minute walk away with the local town which has plenty of bars and restaurants and a really nice beach. The hotel staff were fantastic and helpful throughout our stay. The pool area was really good and spacious and was no rush to get sun beds each day which was nice. Breakfast was nice everyday and dinner was ok most nights.

Great hotel and great location, only two minute walk to the nearest shops, restaurants, bars and beach. Staff are all lovely and friendly and the hotel itself has a nice atmosphere. Great holiday choice for both couples and families. Would highly recommend if you want to visit Crete.

Writing this review as I tried speaking with them through Love Holidays, but they declined and said because I didn’t speak out there and then they aren’t doing anything about it. Shower didn’t work properly, got hot and cold and couldn’t use properly. Toilet was leaking from the bottom and awful sewage smell. Luckily our air con was working, but so many guests had this problem when we stayed there. Food horrible looking most days, left out, didn’t have any idea what half the stuff was, apart from at dinner they would put a basic word to describe it and on the description of food on websites it is an á la carte menu- absolutely not. Didn’t realise you couldn’t order anything from a chef as I had allergies. Soya milk alternative but was left out the whole time and I actually nearly drank soya milk that had turned into cream it was that hot. Also the manager, slandering the restaurants saying they were too overpriced, when actually there was no question of what was better. No lifeguard at the pool, which considering how many children there were messing round wasn’t great. Again in their email they said there is an in house lifeguard, never did I see one, if there was you wouldn’t have kids climbing on the one water slide. Waterpark… what Waterpark, one slide. That was shocking, I thought maybe it was in a different location, but no doesn’t exist. Oh also if you want to cut your foot on all the broken tiles from the bottom of the pool go ahead. All inclusive but you couldn’t have most drinks, couldn’t have a coffee as they wouldn’t get the soya milk. You could have Coke from a dispensing machine that tasted horrible. I was quite upset that I couldn’t even have a mocktail, they had to attempt to make one. We were a couple that has separate beds, uncomfortable and sheets weren’t changed as I had the same stain. Apparently we would have needed to request one, no where states this. No cups if you wanted coffee, and no condiments at all- had to walk into town to buy these things. Room was bland, didn’t look inviting and expected more. So outdated, and genuinely whoever paints the rooms needs to wear glasses. I wouldn’t say it’s disability friendly, unless they have specific rooms for it, but ramps were huge. Their email back states they do not say it is a disability friendly place, but check out most websites it says it is!! Farm animals, for a farm that was appalling, although the horse didn’t look skinny, it was just surrounded by his own fieses. Sheep were extremely skinny and just didn’t look happy. Pigs you couldn’t go near because it literally was the worse smell, and I know pigs are smelly but it was bad. This upset me the most in their email, I will let the photos do the talking. PS we found cockroaches outside ✌🏼

Awful hotel, don’t recommend at all. Book at your own peril. We were denied food on our last day, room was outdated as the whole premises was. Light fixture in our room was hanging on by its cables Shower head was smashed and squirting water everywhere shower leaked all over the floor leaving it soaking Wall mounted hair dryer didn’t work Wood work around the balcony was rotten and falling apart Pool is ruined and are constantly walking on tiles that have come loose Nothing is ever actually cleaned Food is absolutely disgusting with next to no selection which made us have to go out for food One member of staff I presume a chef openly disrespected my other half Just an all round scruffy run down and under invested hotel. Only positive thing I can say is about one member of staff in particular is George. If not for him the hotel would’ve been a total disaster. However still a waste of hard earned money

I have been to this place for 10 days all inclusive and to be honest this place is one the worst places to go the food is horrible there isn’t many selections for food at all. The only thing that made are holiday was one the workers called George what a fantastic man he didn’t stop working and is so friendly and can have a lovely talk with. This place is also so out dated we had to move room two times because are air-conditioning wasn’t working and they still made us stay in those rooms for 3 days and it was 31 degrees out here. The pool is basically falling apart the tiles are coming out of the pool. Also one the most disgusting things about this hotel is that the manager was saying to people who hadn’t got all inclusive if you put a good review in you can have a one day all inclusive that is disgusting I have never heard that before so if you see all these five star reviews it’s a lie and I am being honest I swear that is true. And on are last day we had a huge problem we payed for all inclusive and at the end they said we have to pay for the food and drink what I think is disgusting you pay for all inclusive to have what you want in till you leave and the receptionist was horrible about it she was very rude and just not the type person who she thinks she is. But please please do not come here it is not a place you would want to come what a waste off money

Awful hotel, please do not stay! H&S risk! Hotel itself is extremely out dated and needs a lot of work done. Lock to the room door was broken and wouldn’t close properly. The shower head had a big crack in it and would flood the bathroom floor. Big light above the bed was broken and hanging by cables. Wood on the balcony was rotten and falling apart. Food was appalling, no variety and barely anything out, only good thing was the salad. This then resulted in us going out of the hotel to eat. No food options for children either. There is no water park, just one slide. The pool was falling apart, broken tiles floating around and bottom the of the pool was very painful to walk on. One of the managers was asking guests who didn’t have all inclusive to leave good reviews in return for an all inclusive day pass. One of the members of staff, gorge, was absolutely brilliant, a great asset to the hotel. He really made our stay so much better. Overall a very disappointing stay and waste of money! Definitely would not recommend!
