Just 15 minutes from downtown, it offers the peace of the countryside with the convenience of city living.Guests will have private use of the entire lower level of the house along with the lower level patio. There are many sandy beaches on both lakes and ocean within a 5 minute drive from the property and beyond.There is a mooring and dock space available if you are traveling by boat or wish to launch a boat at the nearby boat launch. Both are subject to boat weight and weather.
