Changbaishan Yunju Hotel

Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful during our stay. They were professional and always smiley whenever we got back hotel. Especially yu min 于敏 wang jing王晶, they helped with our smooth check in and check out and my many enquires. Requested for late check out for 30mins and they gave me 1 hour instead, really appreciate for that!!! We were surprised with the little gift pack from the hotel. It’s the local tea leaves and volcanos rock!! It’s something so unique and interesting as a gift! It’s one of the best hotels I would say!! Room was spacious, clean and smart. The layout and lighting of the room make our stay very comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was delivered right to our room in the morning at our specific timing. This saves us effort to make our way to the dining place for breakfast when we can enjoyed it in our room. The laundry room was definitely a huge plus for us. Totally free of charge for washing and drying clothing. The stay was so great and we decided to extend one more night. Location is near the town area. Either flag for taxi or ask the receptionist for help would be a better option. It’s very convenient to roam around the area as taxi is widely available. Overall it was an awesome and enjoyable stay.

The location of the hotel is just great. Very convenient to arrive with taxi or leave to the Changbai Mountain entrance. Also close to the city. But the room was interesting. Clean, good, but: The WiFi was not working and it was known to the hotel staff, but no one ever cared about it to fix it. The AC was not working at all. Sleeping at 26 degree was hard. Breakfast was typical local food. Very delicious. Western breakfast we cannot recommend. The butter was already to old and could not be eaten anymore. Toaster toasted on side too hard (burned) and the other side nothing. So, all in all a good hotel for a short stay (weekend).

一、設施 酒店設施堪稱一流。全屋智能系統，從燈光控制到窗簾開合，都可以輕鬆操作，科技感十足，為入住增添了別樣的樂趣。房間寬敞明亮，佈局合理，讓人一進入就感受到無比的舒適。淋雨設施更是出色，水流強勁且温度穩定，能在瞬間洗去旅途的疲憊。屋內陳設嶄新，傢俱品質上乘，從床品到裝飾，每一個細節都彰顯着酒店的用心。 二、服務 酒店的服務更是令人讚歎不已。從辦理入住開始，工作人員就熱情周到，笑臉相迎，讓人如沐春風。他們耐心地解答各種問題，提供詳細的旅遊建議，為我們的行程安排提供了極大的幫助。在入住期間，任何需求都能得到及時響應，真正做到了以客為尊。 三、環境 酒店周邊環境優美，空氣清新。離長白山北坡集散中心非常近，步行即可到達，既方便又安靜。酒店內部裝修典雅大氣，營造出一種温馨舒適的氛圍。公共區域乾淨整潔，綠植點綴其中，讓人心情愉悦。 四、衞生 衞生方面更是無可挑剔。房間乾淨寬敞整潔，一塵不染。床品潔白如雪，散發著清新的氣息。衞生間也十分乾淨，沒有任何異味。酒店對衞生的嚴格把控，讓我們住得安心、放心。 總之，長白山雲居酒店在設施、服務、環境、衞生等各方面都表現出色，絕對值得五星好評。強烈推薦給每一位來長白山旅遊的朋友，相信你也會在這裏留下美好的回憶。

酒店非常滿意，房間很大，整潔乾淨，床品也很舒服，前台服務也很好，離遊客中心很近，對面就是一個濕地公園，離線商業街也很近，我們定的房間對着一個小區，很安靜，酒店停車位也很充足，早餐也可以，服務很好。

去長白山遊玩，提前做了很多攻略，對比後住宿選擇了雲居酒店，酒店有免費的接送站服務，很貼心，讓初到這座城市的我們感到很温暖！ 環境：酒店的設計風格是年輕人喜歡的簡約現代，還有些科技感，公共區域和客房都非常乾淨整潔。房間很大，功能分區齊全，乾濕分離，更有貼心的化粧鏡，很人性化！ 服務：前台工作人員孫穎熱情友好，服務到位，能夠儘可能的滿足我們的住宿需求，讓我們感受到了周到和貼心！ 位置：酒店交通便利，隔壁就有超市，對面有濕地公園，離集散中心也很近，位置很優越！ 總體來説，這次長白山之旅很成功，住宿條件我們也很滿意，點贊👍
