This is very nice well run clean comfortable low key apartments. There are lovely swimming pools over 3 levels. Beautiful gardens with fish ponds. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. We had an accident and broke something and there were no issues around changing us. The location is central convenient for old town, ports and railway station.The main beach is 20 mins walk. The living room and balcony very spacious.The kitchen and bathrooms more compact. We were ver comfortable there over 11 days. Would go back again

Great location, nice property, we had an apartment on the 4th floor of the red building with a roof top de k and jacuzzi.the roof top was connected to other apartments with roof tops. Second night there, thrives, coming from the roof top, entered our apartment through the patio doors and robbed us. Worse yet, they returned two nights later. It was unsafe so we left a day early. I hope they have found a more secure way to lock the patio doors. I don’t believe security can access the roof tops.

We spent fourteen nights here in a spacious ground floor apartment but felt the whole facility needed to be modernised and upgraded. Our room had excellent air conditioning but no working safe and a sliding entrance window that on most occasions refused to lock properly. We had to raise and lower industrial style metal shutters to make the place secure. It took more than three days before anyone came to look at the problem and even then the difficulty remained. The reception area is gloomy, old fashioned and open only for very restricted hours. Most of the time it felt pretty abandoned. We did like the tropical tree-planting which created a shady central garden area and the pool was inviting enough, albeit without any on-site catering apart from some vending machines. The rooms would benefit from having washing machines - we didn't much like the small washing room where one had to pay extra to wash and dry clothes. All in all, we felt that the residence was run by a penny-pinching management that was desperately trying to cut costs while trying to create the impression of offering a high quality service that simply wasn't provided.

What an awful place to stay in! The reception is never open, there’s a strong smell in the building. There are no chairs near the pool, literally nothing near the pool, you can sit only on the floor! They give you an underground room without any notice. Just awful

Stayed there for one week with a two year old, it was perfect for us. Clean apartment with everything you need to stay for a while in the kitchen- dish washer, coffee machine, toaster, fridge +++ Our flat was overlooking the pool area so it was quiet at night. Felt safe, lovely balcony. It is close to everything in town.

An accommodation a great location in Antibes close to everything. The staff was friendly and made sure you got the help you asked for. Clean and tidy and well maintained even though the accommodation is a few years.

Un incubo ! Arrivati alle ore 22 circa io e mio marito con due bambini di cui uno poco più di un anno. Non sapevamo dove parcheggiare dopo esser entrati nella struttura e aver chiesto come poter fare. La guardia di sicurezza ci ha indicato il parcheggio e ribadito che domani avremmo dovuto pagare. Nessuno problema! Scarichiamo i bagagli dalla macchina e la guardia di sicurezza ci indica la nostra camera. Appena entriamo si avverte un odore molto forte e sgradevole di cucinato e chiuso senza neanche il lettino per il bambino piccolo tanto che la guardia stessa chiama subito per farci assegnare un altra camera e quindi poter finalmente riposarci e iniziare la nostra vacanza. Dopo 1 ora circa Ci assegnano finalmente un altra camera molto fredda "ghiacciata" i bambini tremavano non hanno dormito tutta la notte . riscaldamenti interni non erano a sufficienza potenti da poterla riscaldare e poi è molto sporca ! Ma come sé non bastasse ci dicono subito che l'indomani avremmo dovuto liberare quella camera e spostarci in un'altra camera. Servizio pessimo non preoccupandosi dei due bambini piccoli. Nelle lenzuola abbiamo trovato piccoli oggetti che sé ingeriti dai bambini potete immaginare li abbiamo consegnati alla reception . La mattina carichiamo la macchina con i bagagli consegniamo le chiavi e andiamo via. Un incubo!!! La nostra permanenza in questo posto doveva esser di 3 giorni. Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura non ci hanno rimborsato!!Ci hanno rovinato il nostro bellissimo week end !

Résidence très bien située où tout est faisable à pied , les personnes à l’accueil sont toutes et tous extrêmement compétents, sympathiques, souriants et aimables Cependant , la résidence mériterait un très sérieux coup de jeune . L’appellation Premium est galvaudée. Les parties communes à l’exception du hall d’entrée ne sont pas très propres et même à certain endroits bien délabrées. Nous avons eu un appartement prévu pour 4 et très petit pour deux ! A peine 20 cm autour du lit pour passer au tour impossible de s’habiller dans la chambre trop petite , idem pour la salle de bain ridiculement minuscule ! On s’habille et on se déshabille dans le couloir. Mais de toute façon il n’est pas possible de mettre une chaise dans la chambre pour poser ses vêtements. Encore moins dans la salle de bain C’est notre 2’ séjour dans cette résidence et cet appartement est vraiment trop petit. Et très ombragé en janvier ce n’est pas forcément ce que l’on souhaite. L’équipement est complet et suffisant (pour 2) , relativement bien insonorisé et calme. Le parking est très pratique, là aussi merci à la personne de la réception de nous avoir donné une place plus grande (pmr) . La résidence étant complète à notre arrivée ( vacances des Italiens) , nous n’avons pas pu changer de logement ce qui gâche notre impression finale. Bref : un bon emplacement mais une surface extrêmement petite , même avec une chambre , un besoin de peinture et de nettoyage dans les parties communes , un accueil au top , Une petite suggestion si les gens de p and v me lisent ~ ne pourriez vous pas modifier la borne digicode à l’entrée du parking qui est pratiquement impossible à utiliser sans sortir de la voiture pour preuve il suffit de regarder les traces de choc et de peintures laissés pour les utilisateurs sur le muret sur le quel est fixée ce digicode. Et sur le même sujet pourquoi devoir entrer un code pour sortie du parking ?si on est rentrés c’est bien que l’on est résidents 😊 Voilà dans l’ensemble c’est bien mais c’est petit , très petit , n’hésitez pas à prendre un 3 pièces pour avoir de la place. Mais forcément c’est plus cher 🤔
