這是我遇到情況最多，質量最差的五星級酒店
1.門面尚可，不過造在老工房中間，看哪都是不規整居民住宅比較煞風景
2.五星級酒店樓下賣A貨真的是在哪個國家都沒見過，活久見，讓我懷疑我住的五星級可能是個假貨？
3.入住房間空調超級老化，等於開了個吹風機，沒有製冷效果，聲音還賊大。和前台請了工程部來修理，實際上就是把過濾網吹了吹灰就走了，表示已經修理過了，沒有其他的方法，房間又悶又熱。
4. 入住時行李小哥帶進房間，但是明明定的是一個標準的套房因為需要一些空間喝茶辦公，硬生生給我一個三張床，直接沒有客廳，我表示房間不對，小哥用英文説：難道有什麼問題嗎？這是海景，平方數也很大，這個房間沒問題。 並且不是使用禮貌客氣的語氣。也沒有幫我和前台溝通。我打房間電話要求前台換房。勉強有了一個有客廳的。
5.房間昏昏暗暗的，也沒有少許亮一點的燈。客廳根本沒法看任何文件材料，暗到給你一張紙，你什麼也看不清。燈可以有暗的，但是必須也要有點亮的啊，這明顯是酒店很久沒修繕了。看得出來有很多大團選擇這裏，可能是市區中心唯一的五星級，店大欺客，無所謂裝修的問題了。 我偷偷摸索了一下隔壁某書介紹的酒店，真心覺得還沒隔壁新造的P開頭的某三星級酒店好，怪我不相信三星級的水平。
6. 作為一個五星級酒店，連個茶杯都沒有我真的很服，給兩個茶袋，不給茶杯，竟然是以前招待所用的一次性紙杯，瞬間喝茶的慾望全無。
真心花時間把這次不好的經驗分享給大家，幸好攜程處事還比較滿意，給我的旅程加了一勺糖，不然這個晚上我真的要吐血，大家避雷吧

中國人去的話千萬不要住!!!!
這是一個充滿了歧視的酒店。
辦入住的時候前台人員對白人各種笑臉相迎，人家問一下她廁所在哪裡，她嘴角都要咧到耳朵根了，到給我們辦入住的時候很明顯就是職業假笑，並且讓我們在大堂等待了四十分鐘，好不容易入住之後，又通知讓我們下樓補錢，理由是我定的標準房間衹能入住一個人，那為什麼入住時候不説呢？需要另外再補50歐，並且在讓我們補錢的時候態度惡劣，嘲諷説並沒有多少錢，最後我們找了攜程報銷了部分才順利入住。
第二天吃早餐時候煎蛋的服務員也態度惡劣，想要一個煎雞蛋就沖我們攤手，最後還剩旁邊的另一位大叔替我們煎了，標價75rmb的早餐為什麼讓我們感覺像要飯呢？

1.前前後後，三個酒店前台，硬説給的房型沒錯。代理幫我打電話，前台放着電話響不接，説要解決問題可以在大廳從凌晨等到他們經理早上八點上班。
2.電視不能看、冰箱不製冷，為避免被訛按金找了酒店維修來記錄情況。衞浴潔具，大概有四五種雜牌（保證見多識廣的你也從來沒聽説過）七拼八湊。連開關都是破破爛爛。
3.華美達在2004年被萬豪賣掉。現在的業主衹是利用殘餘的品牌和資產榨取最後一分錢。完全無心也無力維護和管理。
4.攜程在收到反饋後積極處理，訂酒店首選攜程。

Hotel was very accommodating, free parking, offered me to park in VIP on the last day to leave in the morning earlier. Recpetion were very polite on greeting me and didnt have to have much interaction after due to everything being smooth with the hotel experience throughout my stay. Location is solid with it being a 5 minute walk to the coffee shops which lead into the old town/Hadrians gate, another 5-10 minutes and youll be in the town centre area and the old bazaar or the marina so its ideal if this is where you want to explore. Hotel room was very large, huge bed, shower and bath which was high quality. Breakfast was good with many options to choose from especially the pastries. Gym facilities are very good for a hotel and the views from the hotel are great from the outdoor pool, dining area and the deck which is layered all the way down to the sea front. Would definitely book a hotel with Ramada Plaza again if back in Antalya.

Beş yıldız otel değil çok eski, yenilenmesi gerek. Kapılar zor kapanıyor, restoran bölümü sandelye ler hijyenik değil yemek içecek lekeleri var. Resepsiyon personeli çok suresız.

The hotel was heavily under construction and the reason I booked this hotel was for the outdoor deck and restaurant which was completely unavailable during my stay. In addition, overall staff service was terrible to say the least. We asked for the laundry service to which they told us on two separate phone calls that someone would come and collect and wash however no one came to our room to collect our washing. Also, when we arrived, we were hungry so we went to the hotel restaurant and they were serving afternoon snacks and tea and the staff chased us away and told us we can’t sit there even as a paying customer. The only great thing about this hotel is the location but other than that, they have a lot to work on. Lastly the cherry on top of our terrible stay was that the hotel elevator advertised about a table, transfer and entry fee to SOHO club for 10 euros which we booked with family and when we went there we were charged 195 euros for a table and 244 euros for a bottle of vodka. This just shows the level of unprofessionalism we experienced during our stay here.
