Firstly please let me say that half of this review is not the hotels fault, but love holidays agency fault. I'm currently here now. I was a bit worried about the reviews but some of them seem bizzare as I haven't experienced anything bad. Pros: Clean Nice area surrounded by small restaurants and beautiful coffee shops. Taxi across the road (who charge via metre which is great) Beautiful views. Relaxing. Decent food. Smiling staff :) Coffee and tea amenities in room Supermarkets a 5 min walk. Chemist/pharmacy across the road along with a few local shops. Cons: Half hour drive from Lara beach. Which is roughly £5 in a taxi. Everything in hotel was closed including the pool and all inside shops (this is not hotels fault this was love holidays not telling us) Room is OK, but not great. Bathroom is outdated, shower is very weak so can't have a nice good shower. Toilet lid is wobbly. Work going on outside, which again isn't hotels fault, they are getting ready for season but are running a bit late. Walls are very thin. Beds are quite hard (some people like firm beds though) I'm OK with firm bed but husband is in agony. Fridge isn't great, freezer part don't work. Lobby coffee is horrible. Verdict: Not 5 stars. But I'm booked to stay 14, been here 7 and thinking of changing Hotels. Staff are friendly and smiling. They are very pleasant :) hotel is clean. Relaxing area. I'm laying most of my blame on love holidays agency because they never said it would all be closed and work would be going on etc. If it was January I would understand but not end of March. I didn't go all inclusive, only half board. The food is nice and fresh. For the price think we paid 60 a night, would be OK for a few nights. I definitely wouldn't pay any more than that. I would just love a decent shower. In room: Kettle, cups, coffee, etc. Hairdryer Tv Fridge. This was in a standard room :)
