Disappointing Experience at this Hotel, Antalya
I recently stayed at here, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations based on the information and images provided online. Here's a detailed review of my stay:
Accommodation (3/5): The room at Spa Hotel was not as advertised. The hotel lacks the amenities shown in the images, such as a pool and beach access. Additionally, the room did not offer any outside views as depicted in the promotional photos. This discrepancy was disappointing and misleading.
Service (3/5): While the staff was polite, the service did not fully compensate for the hotel's shortcomings. Check-in was efficient, but when I raised concerns about the discrepancies, the staff was unable to offer a satisfactory resolution.
Facilities (3/5): The Hotel does not have the advertised pool and beach amenities. This was a major disappointment, especially since I chose the hotel based on these features.
Overall Experience (3/5): My overall experience at this Hotel was disappointing and not reflective of the hotel's online portrayal. I would not choose to stay here again or recommend it to others seeking similar amenities.

Staff are amazing and very helpful. Room had a terrace and sea view. Also a view of the building site opposite! The whole place needs an update. Breakfast was made to order which was great, even if it was only boiled eggs and toast. Restaurant was not open so we visited local restaurant's especially Roberts coffee who have a very good food menu. Room cleaned every day to a high standard; However sink was loose, shower door leaked and no door on the toilet.

Don't bother, threadbare towels, dirty bedding and the staff act like they hate you. The pool is about 2ft x 6ft with a dirty tide mark around the edge, the whole place smells of stagnant water. Couldn't wait to go home, I felt so unwelcome

Arrived wise hotel 5th October for a 7 night stay with my two adult daughter's, had the most fantastic week, i had my own room my daughter's shared a room both were lovely, everything clean and fresh lovely fluffy towels, hotel staff more than helpful, the small restaurant was great and breakfast was really nice, one minute walk from hotel to lift taking you down to sea with the most comfortable sun beds, steps down to the sea and diving platforms, we all loved it would definitely return, also really close to bar and restaurant's 😍

The hotel was close enough to town and rooms are decent. There was a mis-advertisement regarding the room. I booked a grand suite (hot tub, 1 double bed and 2 single beds). There was no hot tub or 2 single beds. There was only a partial sea view.
When I asked for a downgrade, I was told I cannot get any refund as I already paid a very low price for the grand suite.
Also, kindly do not go to Soho club as suggested by the staff - total scam and fraud!
Breakfast - disappointing to be honest. Only thing I could eat was the bread and turkish tea. Cold and laid out from 8.00 - 11am.
Spa is moderately decent - nothing wow about it.
