Serenity Suit Hotel

Bu hayatımdaki en kötü otel. Korkunç dumanlı oda, odada hamamböceği, ince duvarlar, insanların dişlerini fırçaladığını duyabiliyorduk, otelin küçük bir alanı. Her yerde bir açık havuzun varlığı belirtildi, ancak olmadığı ortaya çıktı. Ve fotoğrafta, pencereden komşu bir otelin havuzuna bakış. Vooschem dürüst insanlar değil, aldatıcılar! Bu korkunç yeri kimseye tavsiye e**em! Paranıza değmez!

Area (Konyaaltı) was beautiful The location of the hotel was very convenient as it was close to the beach and restaurants Bus stop was also at walking distance. However, the hotel itself was not fully ready as some parts of the property were still under construction and it was quite dusty and noisy. The room given to us needed some finishing as electric wires were dangling under the tv and the lamp holder on the bedside had no lamp. Also, the door towards the balcony couldn’t be locked.

حجزت بهذا الفندق قبل شهرين من الموعد على موقع اوتيلز وكلشي تمام ودفعت المبلغ المطلوب من البداية ووصلت لانطاليا بعد سفر وتعب الى ان وصلت بالموعد وكان يقابلني طفل صغير عمرة 14 سنة يقولي لايوجد غرف ولا يوجد حجز، لكم واحنا عددنا ٥ اشخاص ويقول السيستم فيه مشكلة، بعد ما عصبت راح قال ساقوم بالغاء الحجز لكم والفلوس سترجع لكم وخلص وانا سألته ماذا سافعل واين اذهب اريد غرفتي هذه ليست مشكلتي وهددته بالشرطة وانهم لم يبلغوني قبل فترة لاقوم بحجز ثاني، وهنا قال دقيقة ساقوم بايجاد فندق اخر لكم واتفقنا اننا سندفع نفس المبلغ بدون زيادة وذهبنا لفندق قريب منه ولكن اكتشفنا ثاني يوم ان الفندق يطلب مبلغ اكثر من المتفق علية وبنفس الوقت فلوسنا من الفندق هذا لم ترجع رجعنا لهم مرة اخرى نطالبهم بالغاء الحجز الكترونيا وارجاع اموالنا وانهم لم يكونو صادقين ووضعونا في فندق اخر أغلى ولكن لا فائدة اصحاب الفندق ناس غير محترمين ولا ظروف المسافر وتعبنا وبعدها اكتشفنا انهم يكذبون على صاحب موقع اوتيلز انه لم يضعنا في الحجز لان هناك شخص مصاب بكورونا وهذا الموضوع كذب جدا فالفندق كان ممتلئ بالناس ولا يوجد مصابين، ونحن قلنا الحقيقة لصاحب موقع اوتيلز وهم قامو باجرائاتهم ضدهم وانا بدوري لا انصح اي احد في ان يحجز بهذا الفندق اصحابه عصابة نصب واحتيال I booked this hotel two months before the appoin**ent on the website of Hotels and everything is fine and I paid the required amount from the beginning and arrived to Antalya after travel and tired until I arrived on the date and i was met by a young child 14 years old says to me there are no rooms and no reservation, for you and we number 5 people and say the satstam has a problem, after I got nervous he said I will cancel the reservation for you and the money will come back to you and I concluded and I asked him what I will do and where to go I want my room this is not my problem and threatened him with the police and that They didn't tell me a while ago to make a second reservation, and here he said a minute, I'm going to find another hotel for you, and we agreed we'd pay.We agreed that we will pay the same amount without increasing and we went to a hotel nearby, but we discovered the second day that the hotel is asking for more than agreed upon and at the same time our money from this hotel did not return to them again, asking them to cancel the reservation electronically and return our money and that they were not honest and put us in another more expensive hotel, but there is no benefit to the owners of the hotel, disrespectful people, nor the circumstances of the traveler and our tiredness, and then we discovered that they are lying to the owner of the website Otiles that he did not put us in the reservation Because there's someone with Corona, and this is a very false thing.

Deluxe oda da konakladık. Odanın içinde perdeler olduğu için dikkat e**emiştik fakat odada pencereler işlevsiz boşluğa bakıyor. Oda temizdi ve talep ettiğimizde de temizlendi, havlular yenilendi. Buzdolabı bazen çalışıyor bazen çalışmıyor biraz sinir bozucu bir hal alıyor içine bir gece dondurma koyarsanız sabah erimiş şekilde bulabilirsiniz. Televizyon internete bağlanıyor. Amazon Youtube Netflix gibi platformları izleyebiliyorsunuz. Konum olarak merkezi bir yerde bir üst caddede çok güzel restaurantlar var. Denize gidip gelmek insanı yormuyor. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Tekrar konaklamak isteyebileceğimiz bir otel.

Fotolara bakıp aldık havuz var sandık havuzu yokmuş, yan otelin havuzuymuş, bunu duyunca yıkıldık. 204 numaralı oda genel olarak temizdi. Yan odalardan çok fazla ses alıyor banyo havalandırmalarından. Kendisine ait bir otoparkı yok ama sokağında illaki bi park yeri bulursunuz. Çalışanlar ilgili ve kibar insanlardı. Konyaaltı Plajına yürüme mesafesinde konumu çok güzel.

Un hôtel tenu par des personnes qui n'hésites pas à vous insulter car j ai souhaité changé d hôtel la chambre familiale que j'ai réservé n'était pas disponible on nous a jeté dehors du jamais vu!!!! insultes comme jamais avec des enfants en plus..j étais sur le point de contacter la police.. Pas de piscine!! Celle vu sur la photo appartient a l hôtel d'a coté vous pouvez y aller moyennant un supplément.. heureusement que ********* a su gérer la situation et me rembourser sans problème. Car ils m ont dis partez on vous remboursera alors qu'ils n'avaient pas fait le nécessaire!!! des gens mauvais et menteur. Fuyez vraiment j'ai pris le temps d'écrire car c est vraiment inadmissible de la part d'un lieu recevant des familles..

Chambre au 3 eme étage sans ascenseur La chambre des enfants donne directement en ouvrant la porte d entrée La seconde chambre contient les toilette. Et les wc donc les enfants doivent rentrer dans notre chambre pour accéder eux toilettes un peu galère . Une photo avec piscine mais pas de piscine appartenant à cette hôtel… après les chambre plutôt propre une Clim qui marche parfaitement et on a négocié la piscine d à côté pour 10€ en plus par jours…. Le propriétaire ´ était pas là son fils à gérer très bien ils sont sympas et le ménage est fait une fois tout les 2 jours
