I had reserved a suite room. When I arrived at the hotel, I was given a different room and claimed to be the one I had booked. The room given to me was very different from the photos on Expedia's website. Unlike the room I booked, it was on the ground floor, a noisy, dark, and depressing room. When I objected, it was claimed that the room was automatically given by ******* and the blame was laid on *******. I was told that for good rooms I had to call the hotel directly and ask for a photo of the room, which was ridiculous. Hotel management was very bad.

We stayed in this boutique hotel for three nights and enjoyed our top floor room with the view of the hills. The location is perfect as it is close to the main drag and their service is top notch, especially the breakfast which has many spreads and is delicious. We highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again in a heart beat.

Outstanding. Staff couldn’t do enough for me on my stay here. So very helpful. Very good breakfast. Very clean room. Would highly recommend this place to anyone staying here. Its the staff that make this place so special. Will return one day.

Its nice boutique hotel design is quite good, quite hotel but no housekeeping, when u runout toilet paper u should ask them, then no minibar and safe!

Mükemmel bir ortamı var aynı şekilde görevliler de çok nazikler. Standart odası küçük yaklaşık 10-12 m2 ama balkonlu odalar gayet ideal avlusu çok güzel. Tarihi yapısı korunarak restore edilmiş. Hijyenik wc ve odalar ambiyansı insanı büyülüyor.

Outstanding cleanliness. Very nice room perfume. Highest standards in most things. During our visit the only problem was Hatay was very cold and we suffered from the low temperature in the room, the air-conditioning was not enough, but it is an acceptable situation since the cold was extreme

We were very pleased with the historical texture of the hotel and the help of the hotel staff at all times. There is a team that cares about cleanliness and service. We were very satisfied. See you again in our next Antakya holiday.

The most helpful and friendliest staff I’ve seen for a very long time. Thanks to Sevgi Hanim, Sıdıka Hanim and Ümit Bey! Great value for money considering the location and how cozy and clean the facilities are. The hotel is recently renovated. Breakfast is delicious. As it is located in the middle of the old town, you get to experience a really authentic feeling as well. I highly recommend this place.

Hatay programımızda arkadaşlarımızla iki aile olarak konaklığımız Affan Boutiqe otel her anlamda o kadar memnun ettiki bizi ; başta Sevgi hanım ın ilgi alakası ve gece de ve gündüz de çalışan servis yapan gençlerin güleryüzlülüğü adeta evimizdeymişiz konforunu yaşattı bizlere .Bahçesiyle ,temizliğiyle herşeyiyle çok rahat ettiğimiz bir tatil geçirdik.Herşey için teşekkür ederiz.Gelmeyi planlayanlara mutlaka tavsiye ederiz.Sevgiler
