It took 3 people to check us in, we had no hot water in our room. The room had also not been heated so it was about 50 degrees upon entry. The sheets they use on the beds do not cover it fully. There was no comforter, and they were unsure if they could get us a an additional blanket ( they did).
We asked to move rooms, abd the first thing we were asked was if we had disturbed the bed (because clearly they do not have adequate staff to tidy up the room) and after several difficulties and 30 minutes of that, we said we would simply return to the original room. We were reassured that if we ran the water for 3-4 minutes, we would get hot water. There was hot water in the sink, but the shower water was barely warm.
Additionally, the toilets have not been properly installed as it can shift on the floor very easily.
Finally, I had indicated that I would pay at property through *******, and before we even checked in, my credit card had been charged by the hotel.
There were a number of other issues with the property and room that are less egregious, but overall this was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at.
