Sıkça tercih ettiğimiz bir yer ve her zaman olduğu gibi çok memnun kaldık. Güleryüzlü personeli ve konforu ile gerçek bir fiyat performans oteli. Denediğinizde asla pişman olmayacaksınız. Rahatlıkla aile veya çift, arkadaş grubu ya da tekli olarak tercih edilebilir.

I stayed in this hotel yesterday. The hotel manager was one of the best managers I have encountered in a long time. He helped me a lot with my problems. The hotel was very comfortable and the location is very central.

We were told that we couldn’t stay in the hotel because surnames weren’t the same. They said it was a “law”. They couldn’t show us the law or policy… supposedly had to call for management approval. Even after management approval we were stopped and questioned every time we entered the hotel.
The window in the room was left open by staff and it rained the day we checked in. So, one of the beds were wet, the floor was wet, and so was the window sill…we had to call for dry towels so we could shower… all towels were used to clean and dry the room. It took them forever to bring them up and they wouldn’t leave them until we gave them all of the others in trade. For 7 years I have been traveling to Turkey usually staying 10-14 days each visit … I have been all over the country (From Istanbul to Trabzon to Urfa and everywhere in between) Never have I ever been made to feel so uncomfortable!!!

Worst hotel we stayed in Ankara. It's an unsafe and messy place. The staff of the hotel is incredibly rude. we had to go down again and again because there was a problem with the door card and the door. We preferred the hotel for the massage, but it was an underground salon independent from the hotel and the prices were higher and lower quality than the alternatives. If you are just looking for a hotel in the center or if you are looking for a spa hotel, it should definitely be your last choice. The ventilation of the bathroom is bad and it smells. The walls are very thin, you can listen to the conversation of the next room completely. They charge exorbitant fees for the products in the room. And they charge for more than you use.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Receptionist would not check me in for 15 minutes as he was busy talking to “friends”. ***** were being dealt and used in reception. Cleanliness was disgusting, the toilet was clearly not cleaned and blocked upon arrival. Staff were rude, the bed was filthy and the keys for the door did not work.
