哈哈，還算在土耳其找到一家環境衞生都不錯的酒店，酒店人員很好，衞生整潔乾淨，早餐雖然單調但還是比其他優勝一些，地理位置非常不錯，周邊吃飯超市都有！

I stayed there for a week. Excellent service, very polite, helpful, friendly staff and front desk.
The breakfast buffet was very nice and we enjoyed the hospitality of everyone especially Mr Ozgur at the breakfast buffet. I have been blown away by the hospitality of Turkish people every time I have visited Turkey.
I highly recommend this hotel.

Quite a small hotel in the shadow of the Hilton, but the rooms are excellent. Plenty of space and non-standard furniture give them a charming feel, especially if you splash out a bit for a suite.
The restaurant food is good, but service is slow. There are plenty of other places nearby. The breakfast buffet is to a high standard.
Check in staff are attentive and helpful. Overall, a very good alternative to the large scale places.

I would give them five stars, but a guest was smoking next to our room in a non smoking room. We had a terrible night. I put the complaint in my check out, I don’t know if they really care about it.

The leakage of bathroom. When I checked in there was only 1 staff and the person was not attentive. I traveled with my elderly mother and I booked with Parking and breakfast included. When my elderly mother used the bathroom for her prayer night and morning; the faucet however the leakage and its spray and water spread wet everywhere. I am concern about falling. Therefore I asked hotel to moved to different room but no answer. I stead they told us to call to this number and that number. Therefore I moved to different hotel to save time as its an essential thing for me. No refund no nothing from the hotel. I would never stay in this hotel again. I wonder if the review 10/10 is authentic. Thats the reason I chose this hotel but my experience I wouldnt stay ever again.
