Great staff and great service. I wish the breakfast had more western or American options but still would come back when I return. As an English speaker I thought the staff was very patient with me and always wanting to help. Thanks for the great service.

Excellent location and a really nice view of Ankang. The river is beside the hotel and there are lots of nice walks nearby. It's a thirty minute walk to the old town.
Those who work in the hotel were polite and friendly. The room was quite clean and had an excellent view of the river.
The breakfast was not very good though, and just a mediocre Chinese style offering. Best skip that.
For the price, this is a good hotel choice in Ankang.

超級超級好，無論從停車場的保安還是前台服務人員，服務意識都特別棒，真正的賓至如歸的感覺。酒店房間很大，江景房視野太好了。酒店內還會有蒸茶器，有贈送的茯茶，味道很醇厚，酒店交通也很方便，旁邊就是一個商場，裏面有超市，還有小童樂園，價格特別特別美麗。酒店對面就可以下到漢江的跑道上，早上起來飛吹着跑步特別好。這次真的是100分滿意。

前台服務員很熱情，酒店位置很好，在房間裏就能欣賞江邊的美景，房間很大，但有些小問題（衞生間正對着床，而且門關不嚴，另外是衞生間的門坎很易發生意外）酒店的服務很熱情，退房後還有回訪瞭解客人入住的感受，很温馨

位置很好，在濱江大道，漢江沿岸，房間即能看到江景，夜晚的漢江上還有閃耀的燈光秀表演，非常漂亮，唯一的一點是早餐結束的太早，九點就即將停止供應了。

房間江景特別好，白天晚上都很美！房間很大，陽光充足，坐在窗邊喝茶觀江景的滿足感，完全掩蓋了房間裏一些細微的不足。小樊姑娘服務熱情細緻，入住感覺非常棒！

環境衞生不錯，周圍吃飯的地方也很多，後邊有個商業廣場，前面是漢江，晚上可以看夜景，身高晚上10點過後江邊很安靜，確實不錯，前台服務態度也很好！

考慮幾天還是想反應在此酒店住宿的感受，希望對酒店的發展有幫助。這是非常遺憾的一次住宿經歷。出來旅遊特意把三十晚安排在寓意好的安康市，選了一家比較大的國際酒店_明江國際酒店，擔心外面飯店關門，酒店會有餐食，但遺憾的是不接受散客用餐。辦理入住時前台服務員很熱情送上熱毛巾和茶水，三十夜晚入住以為選對了地方，但隨後被告知不能用餐，心裏涼了一般，衹好出去找飯吃。酒店出門對面就是漢江，夜景燈光非常漂亮。入住的酒店雖然設施陳舊一些，有前台服務員的熱情接待還是很舒服的。可是第二天早上用餐讓我感到很遺憾，不是如網上説的那樣完美，首先是進門收餐券的服務員，頭都不抬的看手機，不求説聲過年好，也應該説聲早上好吧。其次該有的菜品缺少很多，炒菜都是涼的，最基本的雞蛋，麪包都沒有，牛奶也衹剩下一杯，後來的客人都埋怨沒雞蛋牛奶，餐廳服務員説是因為員工不夠，所以減掉部分餐食。與兩位餐廳人員反映，第一個偏瘦的女士虛心聽取並表示改正，第二位偏胖的女士不理會的走開。餐後與前台值班經理反映此事，很虛心耐心地聽取反應的問題，並退還了早餐費。餐廳服務員的態度與前台的差距懸殊，餐廳服務員最基本的服務意識都沒有，怎麼能夠得上國際酒店啊，作為中國人感到可恥，臉都丟到國際了。希望酒店看到此意見，能夠改正問題，表揚前台的值班經理和服務員，批評教育餐廳服務員，提高餐廳的管理和服務意識，門僮還知道問候過年好，幫助提箱子，餐廳的服務員做不到，應該加強管理和培訓。希望攜程也看看此評價，以後選優質酒店提供該客人。
