We stayed in a family room, which was split into 2 sections with beds in each and a TV in one section. The beds were comfortable enough for us to sleep in. For what we paid, the bathroom was very small with the shower being 70cm2 with a shower curtain. Breakfast was a continental breakfast which had enough foods to give us a good start for the day. The hotel also features a bar and restaurant. The choice of meals and prices of the restaurant didn't suit us, so we ate dinners in other restaurants in Andermatt.

Menu was misleading. Fondue was for/from 2 person but price on menu was for 1 person. My party has just paid approx £30 per head for an average fondue . I know Switzerland is expensive (as the waiter pointed out) but this wasn't an informed menu choice. :(😕

The owner was so nice, she gave us a free upgrade to a suite because they weren't busy the nights we were there! And the free breakfast was amazing!

Chose room with shared bathroom, no issues with shared facilities, and we were happy walking up 3 flights of stairs. Lovely comfortable bed in warm room. Delicious breakfast.

The owner was warm and welcoming and went over and above to ensure we had everything we needed. We took half board and the meals were varied and well prepared. The breakfast s are extensive and well presented. Our group hiked the trails and rode the gondolas and trains. A great spot for a vacation.
