The hotel has a great structure, but two negative points. 1 The afternoon receptionists do not have sympathy and friendliness. The check-in was very long, it seemed to be unknown to the procedure. After a long wait, she decided to do manual. 2° The parking is complicated because if you stop at the hotel entrance, you will have to turn around the neighborhood to get into the garage because where you enter is where you go out and the street is not a double-hand road. Inside the garage there is no sign for opening the door and the receptionists didn't care to guide. You have to find out yourself. The vagaries are badly divided. The positive point goes to the dinner restaurant's garçon, a pleasant and sympathetic, I was taking dinner alone with a smile on my face, and for our surprise I was again at breakfast with the same sympathy of the night.

Ficamos só uma noite, para descansar após uma festa de família, mas foi uma ótima experiência. Hotel de muita qualidade, atendimento cortês e gentil. O local de café da manhã é a cara da riqueza com um ótimo buffet e opções para pedir a parte na cozinha. Tudo delicioso. O quarto bem amplo e confortável. Roupa de cama gostosa. O banheiro bem digno. Voltaremos com certeza.

Equipe muito atenciosa e prestativa, cama grande e confortável, quartos limpos e bem equipados com frigobar, espelho de corpo inteiro (essencial para as mulheres), ferro e tábua de passar... Mas deixou a desejar no tocante a roupa de cama e banho, estavam limpas, mas já muito gastas, não havia lençol superior, apenas uma colcha puída e no guarda-roupa não havia como pendurar vestidos, pois uma estante dividia o espaço ao meio, sugiro renovar o ”enxoval” e colocar cabideiros na parte do guarda-roupa onde fica a tábua de passar roupa.

I stayed in the hotel because it was the convenient hotel for my son's championship in the city, but if I could, I would choose another. I booked a triple room and paid in advance. And they gave me a double room, and only then they went to assemble the third bed, and I was tired, and I couldn't rest as soon as I arrived, because I had to wait for the bed, and the next day they forgot to leave the third towel. When I called the reception, they didn't answer the call, and the hotel is recognized by several guest friends because they didn't answer the phone at the reception. The hotel is full of bad service, lack of process and bad will.
