Booking a hotel room often involves trust in the representations made by the establishment. However, my recent experience at Hotel Pine Spring in Pahalgam shattered this trust entirely. The reality of the accommodation fell far short of the expectations set by its advertised images and descriptions. Upon arrival, it became immediately apparent that the rooms were not as clean as depicted in the pictures. Stains on the best sheets, dust on the furniture, and unkempt bedding greeted us, creating a sense of discomfort and disappoin**ent. The disparity between expectation and reality was stark, leaving us questioning the integrity of the hotel's marketing practices. Furthermore, the professionalism of the staff left much to be desired. Instead of a warm welcome, we were met with indifference and apathy. Requests for assistance were met with sluggish responses, and basic courtesy seemed to be lacking among the staff members. Their demeanour did not reflect the standards one would expect from a hospitality service, adding to the overall sense of dissatisfaction. Regrettably, the exorbitant rates charged by the hotel only compounded our disappoin**ent. Paying a premium for what turned out to be a subpar experience felt like a grave injustice. The disparity between the high cost and the lacklustre service provided only served to magnify our feelings of regret and frustration. Our stay at Hotel Pine Spring in Pahalgam was a deeply unsatisfactory experience marred by misleading advertisements, unclean rooms, unprofessional staff, and unjustified high prices. As guests, we had expected a certain level of comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality, none of which were adequately provided. It is my hope that this feedback serves as a cautionary tale for future travellers, urging them to approach the hotel's claims with Skepticism and to consider alternative accommodations that prioritize transparency and customer satisfaction
