Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The free breakfast was good and the free coffee in the lobby is nice. That’s where the good things stop, the hotel charged parking which is not stated anywhere on the booking or website. They tried keeping all of my deposit except $6 saying I had 2 cars when I only had one and I had to call multiple times with them just blaming my bank to get it refunded. The hot tub worked on the night we checked in but then was turned off the rest of the stay. Overall I don’t know how this hotel has a plus rating it is a generic inn that has a face lift.

Pictures looked better than in person, room seems a little dirty, specially the bathroom. Could be better. Hotel is doing renovations, therefore crew is out too early doing their thing. “Parking fee”, first time in many years I get charge for parking in a hotel I’m already paying for.

When we checked in there was plenty of parking (they were starting a big construction project as we were leaving). The employee in the lobby was nice and they have a complimentary beverage machine in the lobby with coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate which was nice in a cold day! The room was clean. The pool is heated which the kids loved. The first mornings breakfast had lots of options but the second morning’s breakfast had waffles which were a big hit!

The hotel was a fine place to stay for visiting Disneyland. We used the ART bus that stops right out front to get to the park. We asked for extra blankets because we found the one provided to be too thin. The staff was very nice about getting the blankets to us. Breakfast was decent, typical hotel breakfast. Towels were replenished daily, without having to request. Our room felt clean and nice for this type of hotel.

Had a good stay in one of the family suites with our 3 kids. Room was tidy and comfortable if a bit dated.
There's a significant updating going on but the construction was unobtrusive.
The curtains weren't quite long enough to block out all the early morning light but we wanted to be up and at the park early so not really an issue for us. The pillows are small and square but there's lots of them.
For the price no complaints and the staff were great.

it's perfect for a trip to Disneyland, The shuttle services we great, also could walk if you wanted, the breakfast was good and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet.

Pros: Super comfy bed, close proximity to Disney, trash and towels are changed daily, good breakfast options, warm pool and nice hot tub. Cons: hotel is a little dated but looks to be in the process of updating

We had a nice size room for our family. They gave us clean towels each day which was appreciated. Good breakfast with nice changes each day- lots of options including eggs, cereals, muffins, waffles, & breakfast meats. Close to ( 8 min walk) Toy Story parking and using their free shuttle made it so you didn’t have to go thru security when you reached the park. Would have liked better comforters on beds. I would have liked an alarm clock in the room. Room was clean. It was nice.
