Hotel was a short walk to the entrance to Disneyland and California Adventure. Check in was very quick and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Parking was additional but not a deal breaker, although other hotels on the block do offer free parking. They do guarantee a spot for each room, so that is helpful. After parking we were contacted by staff to move our truck to a larger spot where it would be safer, very nice touch! The room was clean and easy to access by stairs or elevator. The common space for the room and bathroom were very small, but doable. Keurig type coffeemaker and coffee/tea provided in the room along with a mini fridge and microwave all in working order. Bed and pillows were comfy. I would definitely book again, especially at the rate we got on Trip.

Great stay for Disney. Pool is heated which was great for our February trip. Good pool for kids too. Bonus you can see the Disney fireworks from every room.

Everything about this property was just blah.
The staff wasn't helpful. She seemed disinterested. Not engaged.
We already booked another hotel when we return to the area in May.

It was great proximity to the park. Also option to pay for parking after check out. Room was clean. However it was old and had an odor(old). You can see fireworks. It's a plus.

Staff has security that is always vigilant through the parking lot, so it definitely makes me feel like my vehicle is safe and wont get broken into.

I guess you were in the old part of the hotel. The room was crowded even for 2 people. The ac/ heater was so high I cannot even use it. But the main thing is when I plugged in the hairdryer, took me a minute to realize that the electrical sockets started smoking! So definitely some loose wires. It was scary and I hope they fix it. We usually have a great day and have never been in this room before. I feel like it was bad luck, because most of the rooms are great.

My family and I stayed in the main tower, in a suite and we couldn’t sleep the first night because the noise was way too loud. The hotel hosted a wedding on the rooftop and the music was blasting. The hotel tried to blame it on the kitchen staff and said there was nothing they could do. They couldn’t move us to a new room since they only have suits in the tower, where they host events. They did nothing to try to compensate us for the inconvenience.
The room was stuffy and smelled like food since we were across the hall from the kitchen. They only have disposable cups. The layout was odd. They had the mini fridge and microwave in the bedroom instead of in the living room with the dining table. I will not stay here again.

Staff is great. Location is great but that’s about it. It was clean too but the updated room isn’t too much. The walls are paper thin and you hear everything. It is ridiculously loud there and can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Our room had a massive gap in the door where you can see the sidewalk when closed. Neither of the drains worked in the sink. One day our keys didn’t work. Not sure they they accidentally let someone in? Nothing missing but was just odd. Didn’t even give a red light for the key. Beds were just ok. I’ve had worse. Pool was small but ok. Won’t be back though. I don’t think they can make the place less loud, then I’d might stay again.
